Dry Clean Super Center

Review: I brought a lab coat to get cleaned and heavily starched. When I went to pick it up, there was a large blue stain on the front, and it was not starched at all.The employee was rude and not helpful at all. I asked for the owner/manager's information, but got nothing. The employee repeatedly raised his voice at me and cut me off.There was no apology or offer of reparations.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my lab coat (or its value - $50) replaced. Or at the very least a refund for the "cleaning" - ~$7.

A relative referred me to this Cleaners and I have been going to this Cleaners for years and the customer service is exceptional! The staff is professional, the quality in the finish product is very good and the price is unbelievable. I notice only one price change-upwards in all these years. I highly recommend this place.

This is one of the worst Dry Cleaners I have ever been to, I took my husbands shirts into the cleaners and one was lost or missing, I was treated very rudely by the manager and was told when she found it she would call me or I could call her but it will take a while before she could even began to look for the shirt, also his cuff links were missing and a large brown stain on the end of his shirt which wasn't there when it was brought into the drycleaners.

Review: This place ruined a pair of brand new slacks. I addressed the issue the following day after pickup. There were puncture marks in the pants in matching places on the rear of the legs just near the press crease. This puncture was torn and threaded and the pants were no longer wearable for business attire. The dry cleaner didn't offer any type of response, except that it was my fault.

These slacks were brand new and only laundered and cleaned by this center-- there is no way these were given to them in this condition. They would not make any amends or even apologize for my need to return-- instead they told me that they were like that when they got them and I should not have brought them in the first place.

But like I said before, these have only been laundered at this location and were perfect condition when I brought them to them.

These were dropped off on 11/12 and picked up on 12/7Desired Settlement: I would prefer if they could cover the replacement cost of these slacks-- they were plain docker khaki mens pants that were no more than $25-30. The slacks are no longer in my possession, as I left them with the dry cleaner as there is no use for them now.

Review: I attempted to return a pair of pants that should have been starched. I did not have a receipt but I am a regular customer. I do not know the Young Lady names but she identified herself as the owner, which I question in private because I had met the owner. The lady said that they would not have starched my pants because of a design on them. I told her that they had in fact starched them before. This was not my first issue with this particular individual, but this was the first time she had inferred that I was not being honest. I have had to return clothing in the past to have re-done. She wanted to recharge, which I declined. I have left my phone number four time so that the owner would call me but to no avail. The owner has had to resolve a similar issue in the past regarding putting starch in my clothes. I am not sure why he has not called but I was told that he was given my phone number. I did not like how I was treated and this is not about what I would have had to pay but the lack of professionalism.Desired Settlement: I would love to speak with the owner.
