Dry Force

Reviews are most times the deciding factor that helps us choose who we will trust for services. DryForce Reconstruction was the worst experiences that I have ever experienced when it comes to repairs on my home. In February 2021 the first floor of my home flooded during the Texas ice storm. When I chose Dry Forces water mitigation team, who was very good, to handle my claim, they suggested that I use Dry Force Reconstruction team to handle the next phases of my repairs. Because the water mitigation team was wonderful, I said yes to moving forward with Dryfore Reconstruction and also moved forward with the packout company I was asked to use. To sum up the horrific experience in the shortest way, I was out of my home from February 2021 to November 2021. Within that time I was constantly pushed back on my start time, the packout company that dryforce asked me to use had horrible customer service, no explaination of the process, I had no idea where my belongings were and I never received any promised documentation of salvagable vs. non savagable so my insurance had nothing to go by but me. Dryforce hired subcontractors that flooded my master bathroom the same day that they installed new tile. they left water running where toliet was missing. They flooded the brand new woodlike flooring that was just installed when the project manager decided to "assist" with the dishwasher reinstall, all living room flooring had to be reinstalled after I had moved back in, I had to live upstairs and after my insurance had paid hundreds for a deep cleaning, they brought in a woman to reclean who did nothing (to shut me up). They carried away my still working wall oven/microwave combo (worth thousands) before even finding out if the new oven that was ordered would fit, it didnt now to this day I still have no oven in my home and they did not pay anything to help. Many more issues that they thought giving me a small discount at the end would shut me up, it was only a slap in the face.

The Dry Force employees were professional, answered all questions and always notified us before arrival and of any appointment time changes

I contacted DryForce the night our loss occurred and spoke to a person I received a return call from David who assured me a team would be at my home as soon as possible When they arrived, they knew what needed to be done They also referrred me to a pack-out contractor that could help me pack my things to facilitate drying areas flooded by our water heater They also recommended a plumber to handle the emergency We were really glad DryForce helped us Oscar was very focused when he demo’d the areas flooded They returned days later to check for moisture, remove their fans and dehumidifiers I would highly recommend DryForce They are top-notch

A water pipe in our attic burst and damaged our ceiling (half of it fell) and carpet Dry Force followed the plumber with cleand drying...warning: industrial fans are really, I do mean really loud...but,they do the job! We highly recommend this company and their professional services and personnel

We had a sewer pipe break under our house It was quite a mess As soon as it was discovered, we called a plumber begging for help They came about 6pm in the evening, but would not go under the house while raw sewage was there They recommended Dry Force to us I called them immediately and was astounded to learn that they would come out the same evening and take care of the problem They arrived at pm and worked until the job was completed! Was great service They were friendly, prompt, and the price felt like a bargain I highly recommend them

Dry Force came out to dry our carpet and Drywall due to water heater leak They were informative and got the job done!

The person who arrived from Dry Force was very professional and courteous Even though it was late at night, he began his work with little effort H took out all of the water damaged materials from the garage and the adjoining bed room (wall board, carpet pad, base boards etc), place the drying blowers and was done in two hours They returned to check the progress of the drying in two days, the drying was not totally completed, so they returned again in two days, at which time they removed all the equipmentthe whole process was very good, with very little disruption to my family

Their best quality is that each of the techs was nicer and more professional than the last I would recommend these guys without hesitation

I have used Dry Force in the past and as recently as a week ago and this company has always provided excellent serviceThey take pride in the work they do and their staff has always been courteous and professional

A few weeks ago, I got a surprising call from a neighbor telling me that water was streaming out of my garage! Yikes! After returning the water heater company removed my busted water heater, they noticed significant water damage to my homeThankfully, they recommended Dry Force Soon after calling, the savior from Dry Force, Joey arrived Not only was he outstandingly professional and efficient, he helped me navigate the entire water restoration and home repair process with Dry Force, other vendors, and my insurance company! After we noticed a stain on the ceiling in our kitchen, we soon learned a leak in an upstairs shower had developedOur plumber suggested Dry Force and after I called they were at our house within the hour to start the cleanup and water removalFor three weeks our insurance, warranty company and home builder were all pointing fingers at one another assessing blame for the cause and trying not to cover the lossDry Force was the only company we dealt with that was willing to work with us to make sure we got our shower repairedInstead of worrying about who was going to pay for what, they treated us like human beings knowing that we just wanted to get life back to normalThank you to the techs and the front office management for great customer service in the middle of a very stressful situation

I do usually write reviews but I cant let this one go without letting everyone know that Dry Force is an amazing company! They were at my house within an hour of my plumber calling themand that was on a Sunday evening!
