I thought we were WAY overcharged ($+) to knock two holes in our drywall and run a couple of fans No clean up, no repair They LOST the molding they took off our bathroom door I'll never do business with these people again

Dry Force did a really good job remediating my house after the water heater failed Their expertise in documenting the damage and communicating with the insurance company was great I really appreciate the good job they did

The Dry Force team came out just when they were expected they kept in great contact throughout our need for water removal. I would definitely recommend them to any one. My hot water tank failed and I was faced with wet carpet, dry wall and wet baseboards! My plumber recommended Dry Force When I asked if they were reputable I was informed they were the only company they used or recommended After placing a call their technician was there and handling the situation from that moment on till everything was dry I was very impressed with their customer service I would give them an A+ rating!!!!!!

We had plumbing issues under the house Our plumber ( [redacted] ) recommended DryForce The estimator arrived when he said he would He was pleasant and efficient After he crawled under our house, he wrote up an estimate and then answered all our questions about it The workers showed up on time, friendly and started working The estimate was guys, hrs; the workers worked over hrs each They also said that they'd come back (after the plumbers started to work) for a "touch up" Again, they showed up when they said Worked another hrs and then declared the job "done" They said if we had any "smell issues", to call them back and they'd do another "touch up" Overall: Friendly, clean, informative, seemingly hard working Was it a "good price"? I dunno; didn't shop around But they stood by their original costing, worked longer than their estimate and were friendly and clean

On March 22nd, after being notified by my tenant around 8:PM that a water leak and significant flooding had occurred, I contacted Dry Force and headed to the residence Working with my tenant we "pushed" as much water out the door as we could with brooms until Dry Force's representative Jake Tarrived with technicians, Bill and Preston Jake and I got on the phone with my insurance company, ***, and got things moving with them I could not have been more pleased with the knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness of the Dry Force folks Since then, I have contacted Jake with additional questions and he has always been immediately available and helpful Very impressed!!

I had flooding from a broken pipe in the master shower There was water in the walls running downstairs and in the master closet We worked with Jake Him and his crew did a great job They worked with our hours so we could be there when they were there because of our dogs His crew were very professional Cleaned and removed the messthey worked with the insurance company Hopefully I wont have this problem again, but if I do I would use them again and will not hesitate to recommend them to any friends that may need them

Hello ***,I was the one dealing with this customer? He and I came to and understanding with a discount, and he paid his bill in full with us on 04/07/His bill was a lesser amount than the original estimate we gave because the scope of work changed, he was a little confused by this
? Upon paying his bill, he let me know that he had made the complaint, but now that we were in agreement he would agree to resolve everything and dismiss the complaintplease let me know if there is anyhting else you need from us as this issue is resolved and should be closed.Thank you
