I hired Pat (owner) and Dry Patio Solutions to install approximately 550 square feet of underdecking at my home. The experience could not have been better, from start to finish. *** was very easy to work with, and very knowledgeable. He offered many suggestions that I had not considered (such as moving the speakers to face the house - which they did at no charge). *** is also a GC, which was important for me and my 15 year old deck. They were able to make many structural repairs and/or improvements, and it has never been stronger! *** and team are true professionals, work great together, super-polite, leave the job site clean, and honestly give the level of attention you would expect if they were working on their own homes. My only regret is not calling them sooner! Would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to create quality living space underneath their existing deck.
We met Pat and Michelle at a home show and fell in love with the quality of their product. Pat kept all his promises about the proposed installation and more! Pat went above and beyond to reinstall our outdoor landscape lighting that was affected by the newly installed under deck roof system. He conquered all the challenges that our installation presented. Pat started and finished our job earlier than promised. His knowledge of the product and installs is evident by the excellent work he did and the beautiful under deck roof system that is a "game changer" for us. We love it and would recommend Pat and Michelle to anyone looking to install a system like this.
Not only was the final results truly functional and beautiful but working with Pat was great. I've worked with dozens of builders and Pat is at the highest level of expertise and is extremely conscientious. He treated my home as if it were his own. Highly recommended.

Michelle managed most of the communications and was a pleasure. Pat and his crew did a nice job, moved speakers and installed fans, looks great and cleaned up the job site. Lots of rain since and system seems to be working well. Thanks Pat and Michelle.

Pat and his crew were the best. The entire process from initial consultation through installation was flawless. His crew was very professional and the work was done on time and came out beautiful! I would use them again in a heartbeat!
