The dry patio work they did for us was excellent! They went above & beyond to make our patio perfect.
Pat and his crew did an awesome job removing our old under deck ceiling and installing the new one. After removal, we found that we needed extensive electrical and framing work to repair an improperly installed system by the previous owner. The guys did a great job on the repairs and worked late to get the job done on time and at a reasonable cost. Pat even called on the first rainy day we had to check up on the new system! It worked flawlessly. We love our new ceiling and would definitely recommend Dry Patio Solutions to anyone!

Patrick was easy to deal with, had great recommendations for what I was wanting, and I had seen some of his work prior to booking him. He does top notch work and has a great couple of guys that work for him. They're professional and did a great job, including clean-up. We have an outdoor area that our family and dogs can really enjoy now. I highly recommend him.

My wife and I had Dry Patio Solutions install three under decking systems under our various porches. We could not be happier with the planning process, scheduling, workmanship, professionalism or the finished product! This team is meticulous in their approach resulting in a world-class result.

Incredible experience and love the work they did for our outdoor patio. Very thorough, very courteous and ton of experience that made the whole experience wonderful. I can't get over how unbelievable our patio looks.

Their customer service skills are excellent as an example they went over the complete project when completed to be sure that we were happy with the results. Since the project was completed we have received two follow calls to be sure that we did not have any concerns. If we could give them a higher rating then a 5 star we would. Thanks for a great job.

I want to have the same feelings you do at this point. I always evaluate is this the way my clients feel when we are done? We called Patrick out for a quote on his system for our lower patio. He was quick to respond and he explained the process and gave us a quote. We had a timeline that we needed to follow and Oat had no problem with that. One afternoon we got a call and another order had a wrong color conflict. He said that if we were up for it he could get us in a week early. We were excisted because that worked great for us. He and his coworker came out and got right to it. He pointed out some dry rot and had an answer for that. They spent a long afternoon getting the project going and were back the next day to finish up. I like to ask questions as a project unfolds and Pat was always ready to answer. (Many contractors would rather have the client be invisible.) I thought they went ABOVE AND BEYOND in their efforts to make sure that everything was done right and to our satisfaction. I told him I sure would like to see it rain so we could enjoy our "new" patio area. Pat said that it won't leak and if for any reason it did, just call and they would make things right. It was sure nice to find a contractor who was honest and made you feel like he was doing this project on his own home. Thank you for your Superior efforts.
What can I say other than thank you for believing in us enough to give us a try. I'm a consumer my self and it's a challenge to find people that appreciate and respect that the money I'm spending I had to earn. Simple quote process not a lot of haggling.
Work started on time.
Job site was kept very clean and neat.
Small changes to placement of lighting and electrical plugs was no issue and happily done.
Final fit and finish was outstanding.
You will be very pleased with their work and finished product.
