I asked nicely for a refund and all I got was a sales promo for the program [redacted] which is $1500 and then I had an awesome customer service rep compare my action of asking for a refund as "STEALING" from DSD. The product is messed up and I deserve a full refund for your false claim of training and the way the customer service handled my "ticket".

We've had cases of fraud where the person closed down the card and our company, as well as the other companies that the criminal used the cared were able to issue refunds. So, please just contact your bank credit card company and you will see that will be the case. If for some crazy reason your bank credit card is different I will find out where the money I sent to you went in cyber space and collect it back and then issue you a check. However, I believe if you wait 5-8 BUSINESS days you will see the refund.

Second, you have been given a new account with the products you had purchased now and will be given access to the new updated information and software with the release of DSD 2.0. You are still under a binding agreement with how you use the site as a 'Customer' to not doing anything malicious.
