I worked on a car deal with CarVision. That name isn't on the Revdex.com website. I used the phone and found DTC Corporation, which may be its legal name, but everything about the company is CarVision. Every time, whether speaking with Edward and Matt, they seemed sincere, straightforward and ethical. However when it didn't show up on Monday, and they promised it today, Tuesday, nothing. The dealer wouldn't even return my message.
I am out of state. Everything about the car and the promises made seemed to be as authentic as anything I could imagine. Honest sounding promises, and waiting a total of 5 days for a car that they won't sell, but promised to sell, was a total waste of my time, and totally discredited them so far as I am concerned.
I wouldn't trust the most sincere promise from this dealership. There were negative reviews on Yelp and on Google, but I don't usually assume that a car dealer is always going to get good ratings. It seemed like a reasonable thing to trust this dealer. I WAS WRONG.
If you deal with AutoVision, then you might be lucky and be one of those who would give a favorable review. But I assumed that wa the case, and was sadly disappointed.
Review: We purchased a 2010 [redacted] on 8/16/14 from Car Vision. We are still waiting for the license plates and have been repeatedly lied to about the whereabouts of the plates. The temporary plates on the car expired 9/15/14. We liove in the [redacted], OH area which is a 7.5 hour drive to the dealership. We are getting no where with the dealership.Desired Settlement: Delivery of the license plates.

Review: I purchased a used 2008 [redacted] from Car Vision the last week in July 2014. I was given a great price and excellent service during the sale. I test drove the vehicle and loved it. I noted the vehicle had a new inspection sticker on the vehicle and expiration of 08/2015. A week and a half after purchase the left front tire/brake was making a grinding noise. Fearful of the potential damage I might do I contacted my mechanic to look at it. I took off from work a day so he could check it out. He informed me that I had a badly warped rotor and that it and the other rotor would have to be replaced. At that point I had the vehicle slightly less then two weeks. I said that how could that be as I just purchased and it had a new inspection sticker. He informed me that there is no way that would have passed inspection if it was truly inspected as the rotors were badly rusted and the left drivers side front rotor was badly warped. He suggested I call the dealer and complain as there was no way there should have been an inspection sticker put on the vehicle with the rotors in that condition.
I contacted my sales rep via email with the issue and my complaint and he informed me that I was to call Mike who is the head of service. I made numerous calls to service without receiving a call back.
I am happy with how I was treated at the dealership but highly dissatisfied with the service. My concern is that the car was not truly inspected and sticker merely put on the vehicle,. My mechanic gave me the rotors which are still in my possession..Desired Settlement: I think that is only fair that I am refunded the money I spent to have repairs done that I never should have had done, Today I have my vehicle in to have the tires rotated and balanced which I could not afford at the time of service to have the rotors repaired. I would have brought the car to the dealership initially but I took to my mechanic thinking it might have only been a loose brake pad or something like that. If that were the case I would have paid for it and not been upset. The fact I had a badly warped and rusted rotors and had to pay $351 to have it repaired was not satisfactory to me' especially given the fact a new inspection sticker was placed on the vehicle and based on my mechanic's feedback, never should have passed inspection with the conditions of the rotors.
Review: In early April 2013 I purchased a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 Mega Cab from Carvisions in [redacted] PA. Since the initial purchase there has been noises and front end play within the steering and suspension. In late June I took the truck to my local dealership that I have done business with for several years to see what going on with the frond end. After a full inspection of the truck I was told that it was in need of many repairs. Those repairs included inner and outer tie rod ends, stabilizer bar, left and right universal joints(4wd), upper and lower ball joints(both sides), front and rear shocks, all 4 tires and a front end alignment. These repairs would have cost well over 3000 dollars (not including tires). I notified Carvision of the information that I received about the necessary repairs and also how I felt these repairs should be taken care of by them at no cost to me, I had owned the vehicle for less than 3 months and the repairs needed were not caused by me but rather already existing prior to my purchase. After the initial " I'll talk to my manager" response, it took several phone calls that were met with disrespect and condescension. I finally spoke to someone who claimed to be a supervisor and he told me that if I could get the vehicle there, their mechanics would inspect it and make necessary repairs. Upon several argumentative minutes I was able to convey that the vehicle could not be driven the 120 miles to their location in its current condition. This "manager" told me they would send a truck to tow my vehicle to their facility at their exspense. When no one came to pick up my truck, I contacted them again, only to be met with absolute ignorance by another manager who told me, " I don't care what you were told, I'm not sending a truck to tow your vehicle up here, if you get it here, we'll look at it and fix what it needs". $440 dollar towing fees later, my truck was delivered to Carvision. I was told that they would fix the inner and outer tie rod ends, the stabilizer, the passenger side front universal and an alignment, and that's all. I was told that the shocks weren't leaking and would pass PA inspection, and that the upper and lower ball joints were fine, the driver side universal was still good and I was told nothing about the tires. I agreed to their terms, figuring that some repairs were better than none and that maybe my dealership was over zealous in their initial estimate. 5 days later I picked my vehicle up. I did notice the repairs visually but the truck was still making the same front end noises and had the same front end shake. It has taken me the last few months to finally get the truck inspected again and low and behold the initial problems that weren't addressed by Carvision are still present and still need repairing. Again they were contacted and the call was again received with ignorance and utter disdain and again my wife was rudely told, bring it here and we'll look at it and we'll see if it needs any repairs. After the phone experiences I've had, also that my wife has had ( being brought to tears by their attitudes), I do not wish to trust my vehicles repairs to this facility. The remaining repairs will cost me over $1200 for the ball joints, and around $600 for the shocks. The original repairs needed were, and are still extensive and have not allowed me to utilize the truck for very much. They are also severe enough that a thorough safety inspection would have found them and fixed them, prior to the sale.Desired Settlement: I wish to have restitution for the remaining repairs that are necessary for my truck to operate safely, roughly $1800. The towing fee from the first attempt of repairs would be nice to have back also, another $440.

We will gladly re-look at **. [redacted]'s truck as we told his wife yesterday on the phone. The truck must be brought to our facility to be recheck by our technicians. We feel were are not responsible for towing **. [redacted]s truck to have it inspected a second time. internally discussed this vehicle and have check the suspension components and know that they pass Pennsylvania state inspection. The warranty that came with the truck was for 30 days/1000 miles on the powertrain components. Please contact me to set an appointment. Our service manager [redacted] reached out to [redacted] yesterday, 10/09, twice on the phone, and left messages, to schedule an appointment. The messages were not answered.
Review: I bought the car 3months ago I have taken it back 3 times for the same problem. Check engine light being on. They said they fixed it the first time but less then 2 days later it was back. The second time they told me it was a timing chain adjuster . They said it needed the oil pan cleaned , and it would cost 400.00 I didn't have that kind of money and told them no. I found out that all they had to do was a oil change they where looking for more money. I picked the car up and it seemed to drive funny. Had lose of power and had a vacuum leak ( hissing sound when driving) I called them and told them they had me bring it back. The sound wasn't there before I dropped it off and they had to remove the air intake to fix the adjuster so they had to have taken the hoses off. I dropped it off and they said it was a air intake vacuum line that was bad , I told them they were full of [redacted] they had to remove it to replace The adjuster why didn't you see it then. They said it wasn't bad then , but it was doing it the day I picked it up. They charged me 180.00 for the vacuum leak in the hose. The car didn't have a vacuum leak before I dropped it off and while they had it one just happened to happen. I paid for it but don't think they are telling the truth. I think they caused the problem so they would have to fix it . also I found new vacuum line replaced after the first visit and they claimed they didn't do work on them but I found the guys cutters in my engine compartment down next to where the vacuum hoses where replaced. I think the problem with the car where there before I got it and they didn't want to fix them when I had my 30 warrenty. I would like my 180.00 back and gas money for having to run it back and forth all those times. Plus I don't want to see someone else have to go through this same thing. There not a very good place to buy a car they don't stand behide there product.Desired Settlement: would like 180.00 back plus gas money of 50.00. for having to drive back and forth 3 times.
