I paid for a service I did not receive. I want my money back.
I had initiated an agreement that I would pay $750.00 for credit restoration. As part of the agreement, Marshaun D requested that I pay 3 monthly installments of $250.00. On a monthly basis, he was to keep abreast of actions he was taking to resolve my credit bureau profile. I never received anything other than an email requesting payment. I subsequently communicated with him by phone and text to confirm what actions were being requested, and to ask why there was no change after 60+ days. I did not receive any response. From March to September of 2019, I was trying to resolve this amicably. However, I am not satisfied nor content with the lack of progression and professionalism.
