ROBBED
I was robbed. I stopped at the Dunkin' Donuts location in the Tripoli Pizza store at 163 Howe Street in Methuen, Massachusetts. I ordered my food, which came to $12. I gave the guy two one dollar bills and a twenty. He put the bills into his cash register drawer then insisted that I had given him a ten instead of a twenty. I told him I was sure it was a twenty but, of course, I had no proof.

Afternoon stale donuts should be sold at 1/2 price
Dunkin on Hunt Hwy San Tan Valley. They sell stale donuts in the afternoon at full price. I have always loved DD, but I know I won't be back after the last two trips to this location.
Let the customer know that the donut they are buying was made almost 20 hours ago and is not fresh.

From: [redacted]  Date: Tue, Apr 26, 2016 at 12:50 PMSubject: complaint/Mr. Dees KarateTo: [redacted]Hi, Thank you for getting back to me with an update.  Since I filed this complaint, Mr. D** has contacted me and threatened me stating he will not remove nothing until I...

remove my comments. Seeing as how I have asked since January for the pictures and articles to be removed I will do no such thing.  He also told me he went to my children’s school and obtained paperwork about them of which he cannot legally do.  This is getting out of hand, all I want is any articles, pictures and information regarding both of my children removed from that facility.  I do not appreciate the threats and if need be, I will talk to my mobile carrier and get copies of the messages he has since sent me.  I have contacted Facebook and filed several complaints about the article and they say it does not offend any community standards and have not removed it.  This is very humiliating for my son and he is struggling with it.  He is not handling it and it is having a serious effect on his mental status.   Please help me to have what I asked removed.  Thank you. [redacted]

I have used this company for many years for my taxes and have always had a great experience. I would highly recommend this company.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the 5780 Coming Highway sugar Hill Dunkin’ Donuts location. I am a huge Dunkin’ Donuts fan. I use my app frequently. This morning at 6:45 AM I ordered on the go and requested for my order to be made now. Left my house and arrived at Dunkin’ Donuts eight minutes later. Went through the drive-through and was told to go ahead and pull to the window. At the window I proceeded to watch two ladies make my entire order. I asked why my order- Three breakfast sandwiches and two beverages., was not ready and the reply was I’m sorry. Please note the store had zero customers. No one was in the building, no one
was in the drive-through. I live an extremely large neighborhood less than 3 miles from this Dunkin’ Donuts. I will make sure that the 750 homeowners are aware of their poor customer service and lack of attention. There’s absolutely no excuse. I will continue to be a Dunkin’ Donuts fan but I will never order from this location. I will drive extra 4 miles the opposite direction to a different Dunkin’ Donuts in Cumming Georgia.

Review: On the way to the [redacted] hospital to visit my friends new born baby, I decided to buy Dunkin Donut and Coffee. I parked the car in front of Dunkin Donut which is a strip mall parking, not a street parking. And, I decided to buy flowers before I buy my coffee. So, I walked to [redacted] dross the street. Came back in 9 minutes and my car was towed ([redacted]). They have 30ft long parking lot, side by side. And the parking sign was all the way on the other side of where I parked. There is one sign for the entire parking lot. Due to SUV and truck parking next to me, I was not be able to see the sign. Apparently, I wasn't supposed to walk-off. If the sign was available to me, I would read it and I would not walk-off. I came back in 9 minutes, and my car was gone. Here I am standing with my flowers and balloons without a car. I called a cab paid $30 to get to the towing parking lot in [redacted] MD. No one was there to help me, so I waited there for 1.5 hours by myself in the middle of no where. The area was very unsecured and scary. I even thought about calling 911 because I did not feel secure. I paid $168 to towing company. And got my car finally.

I lost three hours of my life and almost $200 because Dunkin Donut failed to put enough parking sign for its customers. They watched me walking off, they did not want to warn because they wanted my car towed so that I have to pay for it. I have received and pictures to prove this bad business ethic.

I am sure I am not the only one who DID NOT see the sign, because it is very far away from your car.Desired Settlement: I would like this Dunkin Donut Location to put more parking sign, so that the customers can see it. And, I want my $200 back. And an apology for putting me in danger and wasting my time.

Response:

July 30, 2014This letter Serves as a response to a complaint submitted on 7/18/2014 by [redacted] to The Revdex.com Case ID # [redacted].[redacted] recently had her vehicle towed from the Dunkin' Donuts parking lot where she had parked and walked off the property by crossing the street to make a purchase at the [redacted] supermarket.Although I deeply regret and understand the frustration of [redacted] having been towed and the ordeal that followed to retrieve her vehicle, it is our belief that [redacted] clearly violated the parking policy and a refund cannot be issued. To be perfectly clear, our business doesn't receive any proceeds from the towing service and we wouldn't be in a position to refund her money. In fact, we have never refunded any person(s) on behalf of the towing service or otherwise. To provide some background about the property, the Dunkin' Donuts is located directly across the street (150 feet) from the [redacted] Metro Station escalators, obviously making the Dunkin' Donuts a target for commuters to park and ride. Additionally, the property sits on a very busy and frequented corner. The property doesn't belong to a shopping center, each tenant is its own condo unit with different ownership. There is no working relationships between the landlords or conformity in the way landlords and or tenants establish their parking rules. Each property owner and or tenant contract their own towing company. For example, if a Dunkin' Donuts customer parks in front of the restaurant next door to the Dunkin' Donuts, that customer would be towed by the towing company contracted by the restaurant next door and this applies to all other tenants in the condo Strip center. We have maintained this walk off policy for over 50 years that the Dunkin' Donuts has been in existence on this property. We have a very limited amount of spaces and must ensure they're reserved for our patronsonly.Sincerely,Boris L. Chief Operating Officer
