I have received twenty-six inferior, undrinkable beverages I’ve written to the store, the district manager and the community CEO but haven’t received a response from anyone. This has gone on for years and I’m tired of paying for the drinks but throwing them away because they are weak with no coffees flavor
Good morning, This is the first time I am hearing of any complaints from this guest. Due to Dunkin' Brand standards, any complaint made through the brand must be responded to within 24 hours. Currently, we have no open cases with the Brand and we have never received a written complaint directly to any of our locations. We are alway happy to fix any issues and provide refunds when guests bring issues up to us. We would be happy to provide a refund with proof of purchase from our locations.
