A few months ago we decided to replace some windows in our home A neighbor told us about DunRite so we called them for an estimate I have read the other reviews posted for this company and I wholeheartedly echo their sentiments!! Tony, the sales person, was a pleasure to work with, professional and knowledgeable JJ and Doug arrived when they said they would, efficient, friendly and did a great job cleaning up A few days after installation, we noticed a pucker in one of the screens When others were not available to come and fix the pucker, Sal, the owner, stopped by on his way to his sons birthday party to take care of the pucker We commend them for their excellent customer service! This is the company we recommend for window replacement We love our new windows!!

We obtained window replacement prices from 5 contractors, so we had lots of information to work with. [redacted] of DunRite windows and doors beat them all hands down. From the presentation and explaination of the product and the installation process, to working with us through the selection and install scheduling, his expertice and knowledge were refreshing from a representative for his product. We had 8 windows and 1 patio door installed. His install crew was prompt, efficient, clean, knowledgeable and courteous. DunRite Windows and Doors should be pleased and proud to have people of this calibre working for them.

I selected DunRite to install new windows throughout my home and replaced a sliding door with a window. This included framing in the opening, drywall on the interior and stucco on the exterior. They completed all work except for painting. I was so pleased with them that I had them install some windows and doors at my second home.

[redacted] came out and inspected my current windows. They were about 16 years old and in pretty good shape but he helped me see where some of them were leaking into my walls from the outside. He showed me several products and helped me to compare the quality between each manufacturer and to see how the new windows I selected were superior and would provide improved insulation. He kept me well informed regarding the order process and the schedule of installation. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would and were very professional. They were very careful regarding damage and did a very thorough clean-up after each window was replaced. The new windows were installed in 2 days and the drywall and stucco patch was completed in the next 3 days. All work start to finish completed in 5 days. The new windows are clearly better than the originals and I am very happy with them.

I had the same crew at my second home and there was a minor issue on this installation. In this case, in addition to some new windows, I had a new front door installed with a matching Security Screen door. I was able to select a paint color to match the security door and it was painted at the factory. When they arrived, it was clear that my color choice was not a good match. There was some paint damage on the front door that had to be fixed (as a result of the factory packaging the door before the paint had fully cured, it was not the fault of the install crew). Knowing that they had to do some paint touch-up, I asked about a color change fully expecting to pay an added charge to repaint the entire door and the matching trim but [redacted] immediately stated that they would take care of it with no extra cost to me. This level of customer service is rare and I would recommend DunRite for any of their services.

There was no sell-ups, hidden expenses or nonsense. everything was broken down item by item for clear understanding. prices were competitive, if not better than rival companies. Install crew put my new door in professionally and cleaned up afterwards. I will use this company for all door and window needs in the future!

Thumbs Up for DunRite windows and doors. I recently had new dual pane windows, front door and security door replaced in my home. [redacted] was the represenative I worked with. He came and showed me the products I could chose from. He measures the windows, front door and security door and order all of them. He told me I could pick any color for the doors and he would have them painted. When they came in, he phoned, arrange a date and time for install. The crew arrived on time and they were very professional. The install went like clock work. They were very neat and tidy and they totally cleaned up all there messes. The door paint I picked and the security door were not the same color (my error). I ask to have the door repainted to match the security door. I thought there would be an additional charge. [redacted] stated that he would take care of it and for no additional charge. I want to tell you how satisfied and please I was to have that level of customer service. A rarity in this age and day. The professionalism of DunRite was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend them to all future customers.

First off, I rarely take the time to write a review, but after working with [redacted], I felt compelled-he deserves the recognition.

This is the second time we've had [redacted] from DunRite Windows and Doors do an install for us. After interviewing other major companies (Anderson, Sears, among others), [redacted] came in at a competitive rate, with an ability to deliver within our scheduled time frame. This time around we had three windows, two patio doors and a pool side door installed (all done within a day, and his crew left no evidence of the removal). He has continued to exceed our expectations, and his quality and attention to detail is exceptional. He is knowledgeable about the products, and helped guide our selection to ensure we purchased within our budget. No additional costs were encountered, and he followed up after the install while on VACATION! I'd like to see a larger company pay that kind of attention to customer service. Strong recommendation and will be calling him again when we do the last set of windows.
