We hired DunRite to install a high end security door after a bad experience dealing with a local big box store on the same door. [redacted] of DunRite was knowledgeable, responsive and all deliverables were on time including an excellent quality installation. Based on our experience we give DunRite an A+

DunRite Windows and Doors did a great job installing a french door, windows and a huge sliding door. We chose them not only because their bid for the job was among the lower ones but especially because they are easy to work with, communicate well and exhibit competence. We had around 7 competing quotes.

The product they recommended to us turned out to be very nice and we love the precision of the new sliding doors. Installation was clean, fast and precise. (They even shared their pizza with me for lunch ;-))

Overall, I can't think of a negative word to say. There was a small hick-up in the delivery date of the sliding doors but that was expected since DunRite informed me about this particular factory's regular tardiness even before the doors were ordered and we chose to accept that to get the superior product.

I selected DunRite to install new windows throughout my home and replaced a sliding door with a window. This included framing in the opening, drywall on the interior and stucco on the exterior. They completed all work except for painting. I was so pleased with them that I had them install some windows and doors at my second home.

[redacted] came out and inspected my current windows. They were about 16 years old and in pretty good shape but he helped me see where some of them were leaking into my walls from the outside. He showed me several products and helped me to compare the quality between each manufacturer and to see how the new windows I selected were superior and would provide improved insulation. He kept me well informed regarding the order process and the schedule of installation. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would and were very professional. They were very careful regarding damage and did a very thorough clean-up after each window was replaced. The new windows were installed in 2 days and the drywall and stucco patch was completed in the next 3 days. All work start to finish completed in 5 days. The new windows are clearly better than the originals and I am very happy with them.

I had the same crew at my second home and there was a minor issue on this installation. In this case, in addition to some new windows, I had a new front door installed with a matching Security Screen door. I was able to select a paint color to match the security door and it was painted at the factory. When they arrived, it was clear that my color choice was not a good match. There was some paint damage on the front door that had to be fixed (as a result of the factory packaging the door before the paint had fully cured, it was not the fault of the install crew). Knowing that they had to do some paint touch-up, I asked about a color change fully expecting to pay an added charge to repaint the entire door and the matching trim but [redacted] immediately stated that they would take care of it with no extra cost to me. This level of customer service is rare and I would recommend DunRite for any of their services.

A neighbor recommended DunRite to me, and now I would recommend them too. I'm very pleased with the installation of windows and door last week. [redacted] explained the process well and answered any questions; the crew arrived on schedule, did a professional job and cleaned up nicely after they finished. Reminders and follow-up were timely. Overall a good experience, and I look forward to the energy benefits of having these windows!

This company is AMAZING!! [redacted] is the BEST!! We own both a house and a condo. We needed 3 major window replacements along with 2 custom sized smaller windows on our rented out condo. Our condo is on a 3rd floor. After checking around with other companies and attempting to get bids...[redacted] was the only one who provided me with a written email quote at a great price. The other companies either flaked out due to the height of the window replacements or I ended up having to call them numerous times just to get a quote! aaargh!!
