Great news if you purchased an extended warranty in then you can get money back from the company that issued it. You would not get 100% back anyways because you did not keep it for the full five years. In order to qualify you have to have kept it for the full time it is set up for
and never have a claim on it. Of course your time is not even close to being over. I will have my staff call you TODAY and help you with the cancellation and then you will get a pro rated amount back from company you purchased it through. Sorry for the confusion, they simply misunderstood what you were asking

Unfortunately $in parts does not help me when I owed $ As a customer I have the right to be notified via email or mail that this company had gone out of business once again you failed to do that as well blaming it on not being able to reach every customer that has previously bought from you I find that offensive I have repeatedly called your office to speak to someone each and every time it is an ordeal and I never get to speak to the owner This speaks volume on your customer service and integrity I absolutely want nothing more to do with this company or the scams that you run

I have attached the documents that you signed that very clearly stated the deposits are not refundable. Also, we had you approved with the bank with a down payment of around $2,200. When you switched units that is when the issue of needing much more down arose with the bank. We
understand that you decided against the Wildcat and wanted to change units, but your negative equity with your trade was no longer covered like it was with the wildcat. If you want to stick with the wildcat you will only need the roughly $2,down. Let us know if you want to go that route. Again, please see the attached forms that show the deposits are not refundable. Thank you and let me know if you want to go back to the Wildcat

Mrs***, Very confused right now, we have literally spent this entire week communicating with you both on the phone and email. We have explained numerous times that your warranty is a factory warranty. It is not an rvwholesalers warranty. Our job is
to fight for you with the factory to make sure you your trailer is repaired and the bill is paid. We have been successful in getting the factory to cover the bill even though the repair shop was insisting on charging double what the factory allows. However, and you are aware of this the factory and service center have agreed on payment and EVERYTHING HAS ALREADY BEEN HANDLED AND PAID!!!! So we are very confused, what you ask for in your claim is already done. What more can we do? We took care of everything. Please help us understand this claim that is already handled and has the resolved while you filed a claim?

Hello, As you know the factory made a mistake and they are the ones attempting correcting it. We are confused as to why you are filing complaint against us as the factory is the one that has shipped incorrect parts and incomplete parts and made the mistake in the first place. With
that said we will of course follow up with them and see what the hold up on all of your parts is. Thank you for your business-

First of all let me apologize for this turn of events. Unfortunately during the great recession many businesses including Chrysler and GM two of the worlds biggest companies went out of business. The company that you purchased a potential refund from if you did not use your extended warranty also went out of business. The good news is it did not cost you any thing, we took the money from our profits in order to help our customers out who did not use their extended warranties. I do not own, control, or have any ability to control what this company did or did not do. I cannot get you a refund as they are out of business and there is no recourse nor was their any recourse for you or I. Believe me we tried to secure money through channels from this company to try and get something for our customers, there was nothing there.
Again, I hate that this happened, because something we did as a good will gesture for our customers out of our pockets has people very upset with us. I wish there was something more I could do but there is not. What I will do for you however, is offer you $off any future RV purchase.

RV Wholsalers did not do enough to protect their customers, specifically there was no attempt to contact the customers when *** closed shop in March 2011, ten months after our $37,purchase and well within your stated "only have room in our system to maintain yeras ofmclient informationBSYou wer hoping that this would blow over becausen of the strict time requirements to file for a refundYou were hoping that we would forget about it and think we missed the opportunity

You knowingly sold us a unit that you could not deliverBeen talking to Keystone and they said you knew that this was not in productionYou have nothing equivalent in your inventoryEven Keystone rv could not find an equivalent model for usand they (keystone) are angry about this situation since you have not investment

Hello Mr***, I am sorry that you cancelled your deal. Unfortunately as you were informed at the time of purchase, since we ordered a Sandpiper RV for you the deposit is not refundable. We still have to take the ordered RV from the factory. Also,
it clearly states both on the credit card authority form that you signed as well as our terms and conditions, which you also signed, that your deposit is not refundable. What I will do for you as a good will gesture is hold this deposit for you for a six month period. If you decide to buy any time in the next six months you will be able to apply this deposit to your purchase. Thank you for understanding that we are only holding you to what you agreed to in writing. I have attached the documents with your signatures for your review as well. I am rejecting this response because: As of 4:pm, September 21, 2016 the bill has not been paid, nor the tank shipped, so to say this has been resolved is inaccurate.I was the one who contacted the Factory and had the Repair shop contact the Factory to get the settlement negotiated at a loss to the Repair ShopI have forwarded the email I received from Mike D***, that I found to be an inappropriate way to speak to a customer.Once the tank has shipped, the repair completed I will be willing to close this complaint

We do not have the copy of the contract here at our facility as we have to destroy them after three years. The company was Phoenix American who your extended warranty was through, they were refusing to send a copy of the contract as well as the signet contract. We had to threaten them with an attorney. That is how we finally got a copy of it. It is a law that a company is backed by an insurance company. Did he break the law, we don't know, we don't have access to the information. We did not charge for the Signet coverage we provided it as a convenience to our customers, and wow has that back fired! We did something that cost us money to show people we were different and to help them out and this happens and now people hate us for trying to do something extra. We are a good company with good people trying to do the right thing. This one back fired, totally out of our control unfortunately, yet we are getting ripped for it. Guess that is jus the way the world is, so we accept it and move on and continue to do the best we can for our customers. I cannot give you $1,500, simply put we cannot afford to do that for everyone. We ran the numbers and the $and $puts us at risk, but we wanted to do something, even though the refund was not from us. I have talked with my brother and we want to offer you something more to show we do care. We will give you $to help you out. Sorry we cannot do more, we really are sorry, and really wish this could have been prevented, but it is not something we had any control over

You purchased a weekend warrior and did not give us an opportunity to complete the transaction. You literally purchased another unit after purchasing the unit from us. Our sales person still did the work and the unit was ordered and work was completed. I wish you would have phoned
us and we would have been able to get you a unit. We were still working with the manufacturer to see if we could get you what you wanted in your window. Also, your story to us continued to change from you put down a $1,deposit with weekend warrior to a $3,deposit to a $15,000 deposit. I am sorry you purchased two units at the same time, but unfortunately we still have a unit coming that is being built for you. I still have to pay my finance department, my sales person and office staff for the work that we did. I am sorry ALL the paperwork clearly stated that deposits are non refundable. Please be careful and choose your words wisely. I did not say you did not pay for your CPP (Extended Warranty). You were not charged for the money back policy. Also, you signed a form for the 100% money back that clearly states the company if comes from and also states that RVWholesalers or Dealer is not obligated to pay it if the company it was purchased from cannot pay. Finally, you were given an extended warranty and had coverage for five years. Again, I understand you are upset, I am upset, I hate that this happened, but I and my company did not do anything wrong. I cannot control if a company that I do not own or control in anyway goes out of business. I also am not liable for that company going out of business. There is no way for me to profit from that company going bankrupt. If this is a scam it was the poorest thought out scam ever. I send part of my profit to another company in order to get you 100% of your $2,back at no cost to you and then the company goes out of business, I get nothing for my money and you hate my guts and don't want to do business with us and call me a liar and tell me I am running a scam. Makes a lot of sense to me that I would do this on purpose. Offer stands, of a $credit for another purchase and again, I am very sorry this happened, but I can only control what happens at RVWholesalers
