Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: They called as soon as they received your E-Mail Unfortunately, they were blunt, rude and uncompromising Their secretary refused to send anyone to check on the problem for two weeks I don't know if this complaint can be closed anytime soon Regards, [redacted] ***

I was very pleased with the service and the fact that an email was sent to me prior to the technician arriving with his picture, name and a short bioHe explained what he was going to do, and explained my options and the mechanics of everything even drawing a picture for meAs a single senior woman I really appreciated thisHe and his apprentice were neat, wore booties when entering my home and thoroughly checked to see that everything was working properlyI will definitely use them again

Mark and two co-workers came to my house They set up quickly and ran the snake down the main and cleared out as much as they could They showed me a camera view of the roots in my pipe and suggested immediate replacement of the main due to shifting and possible collapse of the pipe They were not pushy, though, and were professional and courteous

We were very pleased with the service from Dutton Plumbing They knew what to do after we explained the problem They took care of the problem and were very efficient

I used Dutton Plumbing on a unit rental property that I owned The sewer line all the way to the street connection and the water line to the units all needed replacing I had many plumbing issues with these units in the past and it was time to replace Dutton was prompt and very upfront with the why and how to resolve the plumbing problems and how much it would cost I wanted the Tenants to not have the water cut off as much as possible and Dutton Plumbing worked very hard to limit the plumbing issues for the Tenants while doing such a big job I felt that Dutton Plumbing Company met my needs and the Tenants needs in a timely manner

Very thorough and professional Service vehicle well equipped Performed complete cleanup after completing work I always call Dutton Plumbing

Dutton Plumbing's Ken [redacted] responded promptly to my request for a plumber to fix a sewer stoppage at our residenceIt turned out to be more complicated than either of us thought, but Ken solved the problem quickly and efficiently and was more than fair in charging for the work I highly recommend Dutton Plumbing and Ken [redacted] for fixing plumbing problems

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Regards, B [redacted] I spoke with a Dutton Plumbing representative today, (S***), and came to an ORAL agreement In that ORAL agreement at approximately 2:today I settled for a total of $for work done, (leak detection, 18" X 18" tile removal, jack hammering concrete floor, pipe repair and filling hole with sand and concrete patch.) I was told by "S***" of Dutton plumbing that my requirement to have the funds and total corrected would be completed before 3:pm and and my credit card payment would be credited by Dutton Plumbing and I would receive a call and an email confirming same It is now 5: I have not received a call nor an email confirming the refund to my credit card That was a LIE I am asking for your assistance in this matter again as once more Dutton Plumbing has not kept their wordI look forward to your assistance and finalizing of this agreement today with Dutton Plumbing I no longer have any faith in Dutton's wordB [redacted] ***

Ryan and Danny from Dutton Plumbing showed up right on time and quickly replaced my water heater They did a great job

We are very happy with Dutton's service The two Techs that were sent out, Marc and Steven, were great They were professional, courteous and very cleanThey diligently worked until all the jobs were done They were patient with all my questionsWe will be using them on our next plumbing project I would recommend them to my friends and family

Polite, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive are adjectives I would use to categorize the service provided by DuttonThey seem very customer orientedI especially was pleased to get phone and e-mail notifications of impending worker appointmentsMy job had a coordinator, Peter ***ll, who made everything run to scheduleThe work was done to my satisfaction and made less stressful due to the team effort Dutton provided

Dutton Plumbing dealt with my year old Mother in a very fair and equitable manner She misunderstood the pricing for the services rendered, which was about 2x her budget We worked together to find an amicable solution Many thanks to an organization with complete integrity and empathy!
