I called Dutton Plumbing during an pipe leak emergency they handled my plumbing problem professionallyThey were fast and cleanBest service I've had in quit a while!

The Dutton team communicated their arrival time well They had new power equipment for yard/pool drain cleaning, and knew how to use it An added benefit was a camera inserted to view the problem area, and use an above ground sensor to mark the location of the problem While I am attempting the fix myself, I will gladly bring them to finish the job if beyond my DIY capabilities

David W from Dutton Plumbing arrived as scheduled and assessed our water heater and verified we needed a new one He explained different products and prices and we made our choice He set to work immediately replacing it It was late in the day and he work through early evening and completed the job He was very professional and did a great job We are thankful we had hot water to do our dinner dishes

Your service and technician were great He explaiined everything he was doing so that I could unerstand it The problem was solved, and they did a great job of cleaning up both areas that they worked on plus all the mess that our problem caused The price was very fair From now on Dutton is our plumber!!!! our toilet kept 'running' and we decided we needed to get it fixeddutton advertised a special coupon for $to fix the flapper and we decided to have it doneunfortunately, the tech said our problem required that we replace our toilet! we aren't sure if the price was fair or not, since we didn't have time to compare the costs, but went ahead and had the work doneour tech deigo magana worked constantly locating a toilet that wouldwork in our tiny guest bathroom and then installing itthe one we wanted wasn't available any longer, so we agreed to take the one they had in their factory and he installed it the same dayhe was efficient and had it installed in a couple of hourswe felt the price was a bit high, but decided this needed to get fixed asap, so we agreed to the price presented to usthey did give us a senior discount and adjustment for additional work that had to be done to our sink, so all in all we are satisfied with the new toilet and all the work that was donediego did an excellent job with the work he did and the co-ordination of all parts of the job
