This order was shipped on time - [redacted] - however it appears per the tracking provided to be lostat [redacted] in Charlotte. We have placed a reorder [redacted] on your behalf at no cost.

There are no additional emails requesting an address change - please provide the emails that confirm an address change prior to 12/**. The requests start on 12/** and 01/**. The order shipped on 12/**. As noted by the dates in the emails attached to the original response to the complaint. The customer has only paid $7.95 to us in shipping and therefore we regret we are only able to refund the amount paid to us - which is why the customer was also provided a $25 store credit well in excess of the difference of the additional $5 requested now.   [redacted]

I"m attaching a copy of my credit card bill showing the double charge for this item. I was billed by Groupon to purchase the journal at $9.99. I was then billed by MOnogramonline again for the same item $9.95.

I did not receive 4 out of 5 items.  I received ONE item out of five.  They predetermined that they would reorder for me when the items I ordered were Christmas presents.  I had to go out and purchase new gifts because I still have never received the items.  They also never offered any options, so, yes, I asked for a full refund.  I do not believe this is out of turn because they cannot prove that they ever shipped the other four items.  The tracking number they keep providing is for the ONE (and only ONE) item I received.
