We woke up yesterday morning to find our furnace was broken. I called Dynamic and spoke to Melissa, who was wondering. She called back within an hour to say someone would be by that afternoon. Charlie came out around 3:00 and not only fixed the furnace but also did the annual maintenance we had scheduled for next week. This was my first experience with Dynamic and it certainly was a Five Star one.

We won a free one year maintenance contract at the Feb. 2019 Home Show. *** came to our home and inspected our heating and cooling systems. He was very professional and provided suggestions about improving each system's efficiency. He is not high pressure and when we need service and/ or repairs, *** is our go to guy!
