did a great job and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. He was honest about my A/C being old and not needing to put too much money into it as it has lived a full life.I highly recommend *** and the company.

I was very pleased with the results from the raffle I won at the home show.at first I wasn't sure about it normally there's more to it.but he was very polite and no hidden contracts I got what was told to me.and he had lots of information for me.just wanted people to know that the home show raffle is the greatest.

We won a one year service on our ac unit from this company. Set an appointment for 3:00. It was confirmed twice. The tech showed up at 3:55 no phone call explaining the was going to be late. My husband went out and told him to cancel the appointment. About an hour later *** the owner called and starting cussing my husband out calling him a *** and then hung up very unprofessional.
My name is *** and I am the Owner of Dynamic Comfort LLC. This incident is a terrible misunderstanding. We are a Christian Company and I would NEVER call any of my customers and use profanity or disrespectful language.
When I arrived at the office that afternoon after working in the field that day, my staff told me that Mr. had called and said that the owner of the Company had just called him and "cussed him out."
I immediately called Mr. and Mrs. and spoke with both of them, on speakerphone I believe, and as soon as we started talking they realized it was NOT me who had called them earlier.
I sincerely apologized for the way my former associate had spoken to him. I had loaned a couple of my company phones to sweepstakes staff and had NO IDEA that the caller id would come up as ***.
I explained how truly sorry I am for the phone call Mr. received from my now former associate, and as a result of our conversation, Mr. took down both of the negative reviews he previously posted. I know Mrs *** tried to take down this review but was unable to locate it on the internet.
My Company exists to provide courteous, respectful and complete service to our customers. The technician assigned to Mr. appointment should have called and let him know he was running late. Please rest assured the issue is rectified and we will always call ahead, especially if were stuck on a broken unit call and are going to be running late. Once again, my sincere apology to Mr., and thank you again for being a man of your word and taking down the negative reviews.
