My Fiancé and I had just closed on a Condo in DecemberThe whole apartment needed renovationsWe made a list of everything that we wanted done in our apartment and sent the list to a few contractors including Dynasty innovations and David responded to me right awayWe scheduled the appointment for the next day and he was able to accommodate my schedule We went over our list of items and David gave us suggestions that would benefit our apartment and help us save on our budgetThe meeting went very well and I felt comfortable with how he responded to A LOT of my questionsWithin the next couple of days or so he gave us a quote with EXACTLY everything we asked for so that there was not any miscommunication moving forwardMy fiancé and I were very pleased with the detail oriented quote and timelinessAfter reviewing all of our options, we felt like Dynasty innovations proposal was very fair considering quality of work we saw in other reviewers pictures We worked with Edward their in house designer to select our finish materials and configure our new spaceDavid gave us a 30-day window to complete the project and he and his team met that deadlineThroughout the process, there was constant communication between David and IHe answered any and every question I hadHis team was very polite, professional and cleanDavid always went out of his way to keep us up to date and let us know if there were any setbacksI even asked him to run a water hose across the kitchen (not part of the contract) and he did it for me no questions askedWe were so happy with how the apartment came out (pictures attached) and couldn't thank Dynasty innovations enough with the end resultOverall, I am really glad Dynasty innovations responded to my inquiry right awayWe will definitely call Dynasty innovations again when we need another contractorFeel free to contact me for a reference

We have been thinking about remodeling our master bathroom for around years, Unsure of which style we were going to settle on, we called a company our friend used to renovate their home last yearWe met with Marcello, Which somewhat relieved us as he was also the project manager for our friends home Marcello met with us throughout the construction phase and helped finalize paint colors and small placements of thingsAfter the first week we became very comfortable with the construction and kind of forgot it was going on, other than having to use our guest bathIt took a little over weeks to complete the construction phase, I couldn't believe it was readyFinishing on a Friday we took our first shower the next morning, I must say it was amazing, it literally felt like a spa! The amount of storage and the fluid functionality of this bathroom still amaze my husband and IMarcello and his crews are remarkable, I definitely will be using them for our next project

I'll start by saying when dealing with construction companies in Chicago you really don't know what your going to get and was definitely frustrating getting estimates from multiple companies Dynasty stood out and was truly personable from the start which made me feel comfortable right off the bat My husband and I just bought our first home all while just having our newborn baby so we were really excited to start remodel and move in already! Marcello (who runs the business) patiently went over everything with us while in our home to go over what we wanted He was very patient and had some great ideas! After signing the contract, their crew started working on our house days later We did everything from removing carpets and adding wood floors throughout, new interior paint, custom wood & glass railing in the living room, adding lattice details, framing, opening up walls to make the space bigger, remodeling a bathroom, making a couple of changes in the kitchen, and had some small repairs on the roof along with removing some mold from ceilings My husband and I came by the house a couple of times and everything seemed to be taken care of which made us feel so at ease Even the little things like covering all the light fixtures and putting plastic over the tile to protect it Marcello his crew were extremely nice and seemed to move along fairly quickly while doing a great job! I have never seen a contractor work so quickly yet so thoroughly paying attention to detail He even did a couple of extra things for us that weren't on the contract and didn't charge us extra for it We moved into our beautiful home a month and half later We couldn't believe it was our home and are truly moved by the workmanship that was done I highly recommend this company as everything went so smoothly all along the way with no problems They are very reliable and trustworthy I would highly recommend them!

Soooo.....I am a new kid to this whole "home-owning" business....basically had no idea what I was getting myself into....bought an old home and lots of things needed to be replacedSo I was getting bids on a new kitchen, bath, windows, garage doors siding, etcWell after a couple of weeks of collecting prices and tidbits of knowledge, I realized I didn't want to just be schizo-fixing and that I needed a person who can help reinvent my home into something I would love and be proud ofAfter weeks of being discouraged of many bids, confusion, and no vision I ran across Dynasty Innovations on [redacted] Saw all the designs and galleries and fell in love with the amazing contemporary designs, so I called immediatelyI met Marcello the General Contractor, a super laid back, friendly guyHe suggested a Hardie siding for the pop out for my home and told me he could take care of the overall exterior and interior of my housethis would include, a new kitchen, bathroom, painting inside and the outside front and back, new windows, window trims, Hardie siding, garage door, (also a walnut slab book shelf indoors)After a few brainstorming sessions with Edward their in house designer, he set everything in motion, setting us up with the best crews (shout out to Ronnie & Hector) (BTW the garage guys that John works with were the guys I was going to go with before ever meeting John...they are [redacted] ) Dan & Rob worked for days on the siding, Randy androbert in the kitchen, lus and his crew in the bathWithin a few weeks, I came home to the sickest looking house I could ever imagineThe house went from old and outdated to handsome and contemporaryI [redacted] love itOur book shelf turned out fabI am so happy with their work I am bugging them again to help me with the hard scaping of my backyardmaybe a deck in near future??? ooh LALA Regardless of how laid back or relaxed they may seem, they heard every detail I wanted to take care of and dealt with itI never had to ask twice...these guys appear so calm because they totally know what they are doingI felt I was completely in good handsThe results truly exceeded my expectationsI highly recommend themI am looking forward to working with Dynasty Innovations for many future projects

I learned that you have nothing to worry about when Dynasty Innovations is in your homeAll of their workers are clean, friendly, willing to answer questions, and care about your homeI discovered that Marcello not only visits the job site every day, but he, too, genuinely cares about your homeHe looks at the rest of your property to see if there is any way he can help improve the safety, functionality, or even value of your homeHe is well connected in the community of tradesmen and "knows a guy" for just about anything Not only is Marcello a professional, but he is also a gentlemanI called/ texted him almost daily regarding the schedule and timelineHe was very responsive and informative when we had questions Marcello and his crew truly amazed us, we will be calling him again when we are ready for phase

We originally just hired them to do a bathroom remodel but in the process of doing the bathroom we found a great kitchen design we lovedWe asked Dynasty Innovations if they would give us a deal for both since they already started in the bathroom and it was coming along niceThey actually gave me almost 3,off the estimates we got last year for something similar in the kitchenNow I got a brand new kitchen and bathroom and their beautiful

They were great to work withThey were able to provide an on-the-spot quote and were willing to negotiate a rate that worked for both parties in follconversationsThe workers were very professionalThey showed up on time, even early one dayThey were courteous, cleaned up after themselves each day, and did excellent work There was a section of the kitchen back splash that was giving them issues, they were willing to talk me through it, listen to my input, and come up with a solution that worked for us bothThe finished product looks excellentTheir work is very visually pleasing and I'm certain it increased the value of our home For reference, we had a stainless steel kitchen back splash installed, a hole in our ceiling from a plumbing repair filled in and painted over, and some tile repairs on our fire placeI definitely would recommend them to others and plan on calling them for any future projects

After three agonizing months of interviewing various sub-par contractors (75% of which came to my home for an estimate and never followed up with a written quote) I was referred to Dynasty Innovations by an old friend (who I later found out, was referred to Dynasty Innovations by his next-door neighbor)This friend is one of those guys that can do most construction work himself, but he was limited on time due to the fact he and his wife had a baby comingThe point being that if my construction-knowledgeable friend approved of Dynasty Innovations, they might be halfway decentI asked Dynasty Innovations to come out for an estimate and met the Project Manager, JohnHe was a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional guyJohn spent a considerable amount of time in my home discussing the project (most of the other people I interviewed spent as little time as possible with me due to their supposed busy schedule) and answered every single question I hadSoon after, John provided me with a detailed 5-page quoteKeyword here is detailedEach task (demolition, rough carpentry, electrical, HVAC, drywall, finish carpentry, painting, and flooring) was broken down into specific sub-tasks and pricesNone of the other quotes I received provided anything other than a 1-paragraph summary and total priceA few days later, I called John and told him that he had won my businessHe was appreciative of this fact, thanked me for selecting his company, and we agreed on a start dateI'll spare you the detail of the work performed, but I will tell you that the end result was excellent, and that I am 100% satisfiedI would also like to list out a number of positive supporting attributes: -Showed up on time every each and every day-Vacuumed and dusted the work (and surrounding) area at the end of each work day-For the few tasks that required subject matter experts, he used top-notch subcontractors (people that he works with all the time)-Was always here to introduce us to any subcontractors that would be working in our home-Kept me up to date on progress (combination of daily briefings, debriefs, status updates, etc.) in person, by phone, and via text message-Provided sensible solutions and fair pricing for two truly unforeseen (HVAC duct) issues caused by the original home builder's poor planningOverall, I couldn't be happier and will certainly use Dynasty Innovations for future projectsI would also happily recommend them to my friends and co-workers (something that I've already done)

After years of wanting and waiting, we finally made the decision to fix up the old house After looking at different companies we decided to go with Dynasty Innovations I think the thing that put them over the top is Marcello was nice enough to bring me a coffee when he came by the first time I can't guarantee everyone else will be so lucky though Like others have said before Marcello was easy to work with and we had great communication throughout the project be it texts, calls or personal visits Marcello and his guys showed up first with the new windows They had our eight aluminum single-pane windows out and nice new ones installed in about hours Next was the siding Out with the old, deteriorating Masonite fiberboard and in with the new HardiePlank Kevin and his team had it done in days The painting was finished up soon afterThe painted the eaves, and all the doors - garage, front, and patio Everything is finally one color now Cameron finished up the job making sure everything was back to normal He re-attached all our electric and TV cables, outlets, dryer vent, and porch lights He went the extra mile mortaring and touching up around our old rock chimney We couldn't be more pleased with the results It is quieter now in our house The barking neighborhood dogs are barely audible We are hoping our electric bill decreases now that our home is more tightly sealed If you are looking for siding or windows, I would highly recommend Marcello and his company

Let's face it Remodeling is no painless process but with a right contractor the reward at the end of the tunnel is big! This was not our first remodeling project, Even though we had a great experience on the first round, I am not the type to reward a project without multiple bids from others And more importantly Marcello & Edward made us feel we could trust and work withThis time we had our master bathroom done, adjoining a neighboring room to increase the square footage and make it our modern oasis I wanted a design forward bathroom that does not compromise function and is low maintenance My vision was sent to Edward their in house designer in forms of photos and sketches, and with lots and lots of back and forth they turned it into reality We could not be happier with the result!! Dynasty Innovations has been spectacular on my bathroom renovationBuilt in 1910, the two bedroom one bath condo had never had a major renovationUsually just maintenance to solve what was required to fix an immediate problemThe bathroom was the obvious choice for a renovation starting point - the small shower stall (like a closet with water), cast iron tub, linoleum floor, old pipes and inadequate lighting were really depressingAfter asking friends and neighbors and driving by construction sites, I found Dynasty Innovations and called to set up a meetingMarcello came to the house, and we talked about what I wanted in the renovationBased on our discussion, he wrote up a fair estimate and specified the things I would be responsible for providing and the things that Dynasty Innovations would provideThis approach allows the homeowner to personalize the project - you get to select the materials for flooring, vanity, plumbing fixtures, etcso you have control of what the finshed project will look likeMarcello remained the focal point of the construction management effortHe was always available for questions or guidance throughout the projectHe is personable and knowledgeable and is always aware of how his subcontractors are progressingDynasty Innovations started in the bathroom, but as I could see the results of their work, the scope of the project enlarged - Re-pipe, Drain line upgrade, Electrical upgrade, Forced Air furnace replacement and paintingDynasty Innovations brought in their specialty subcontractors and never failed to pleaseThe subcontractors were always on time, and ready to work for as long as it took to finishConsidering the extent of the work being done, the level of inconvenience for me was always a priorityContractors left the job as clean as possible, and kept me in the loop as to what was going to happen next and when they would be finished with each subsequent phase Dynasty Innovations worked well with the City of Chicago permitting department, Department of Water and Power and the individual inspectors that certified the workAt each inspection, a Dynasty Innovations representative and the subcontractor were available to answer any question or concern that aroseI like Dynasty Innovations so much I’m going for the kitchen remodel next year

Absolutely the very best I've ever had the pleasure of working on any of my aforementioned four homesI can say the same for the electrician, mason, painter and on and onI learned long ago you can tell a lot about a company and in this case a construction team by how clean they keep the construction 'zone' during the day and how they leave it at the end of the dayNot only is it a sign of pride they have in their work, but it is an indicator of how the workers think about their own safety and that of the homeownerOn our last home project, I had to 'get after' the company owner several times for the project not meeting my safety and cleanliness standardsFor this project, I never had to make that call
As I told Michael , his subcontractors, many of whom have been with him for several years (which is almost unheard of in this business) are his competitive advantage over all the other build/design firms in ChicagoTruth be told, we don't refer to the team that worked on our project as subcontractors; to us they were no less than expert craftsmen
Did the project go perfectly, without flaws? Of course notI've never had a home build go perfectly, but this one was closer than all the othersMichael was active, engaged and committed to making it rightOne of the mistakes was, admittedly oursWe went with a cheaper tile only to have to agree late in the project we were wrongThey were great about replacing it
