Terrible product
I bought a tranquillity harbour spa built by Dynasty. Less than a year my sound system, blue tooth, went bad. I had it repaired under warranty. I use my spa maybe 3 or 4 times a year. After the warranty went out for that option, it started going out again. I did not have the 180-service call fee plus paying full price for the parts, so I hoped it would continue to work in some form, but then it completely went out again. It took it a year and a half to finally go out completely. The retailer said there was nothing they could do the whole time I was having issues, so they gave my Dynasty's warranty number. I made the call and the lady asked for some info and I emailed to her. She said she could see what can be done. Well. About 30 minutes later I got a replay with a simple message saying, " My boss said he won't cover it under warranty, thanks" I agree that the warranty ran out and all I was asking if they could at least give me a break on the parts, since I kept having the same issues, but noooo all they have to say was basically sorry for your luck? Dynasty makes several named spas. Stay clear of very bad quality. Don't worry boss, I won't buy from your company again!

Horrible Hot Tub! Customer service is worse!
Bought a Dynasty Leeward hot tub a year ago. 4 months after buying, two of the head pillows disintegrate from the back. Took them to the dealer and they said that wasn't included under the warranty, but they would replace them anyway. Still do not have the replacements. 6 months into owning it, I started seeing rusting on the waterfall feature. Took it off and went back to the dealer. Very thin metal that they claimed was stainless steel. Funny, I've never seen stainless steel rust thru and develop holes. The dealer said they would contact Dynasty and get a replacement part under the warranty. 3 months later, I still don't have the part. I have called Dynasty's factory and talked with their parts department several times, and I have talked to the dealer several times. I still don't have the parts. I am left to contacting my attorney and filing suit. Don't buy a Dynasty. You'll regret it just like I do.

I visited the Home Styles show in Saskatoon last year 2015, ended up purchasing a Caspian with the help of RochelleI received my tub weeks after that show and have had nothing but great experiences with the tub and all of the staff at Dynasty SpasThere isn't much I enjoy more then getting home after a long day at work and hopping in my tub!

Obtained a spa from Dynasty along with a massage chair last fall Was able to begin using the spa in October and have loved it ever since
The staff at Dynasty are supportive and courteous They go above and beyond to get answers to our questions All and all a good experience

We recently purchased a hot tub from Dynasty Spa and are really enjoying itWe have experienced great customer service, excellent product, bonus chemicals, and overall its been a good experienceI trust Rochelle has full knowledge of the tub we purchased and has provided some excellent advice and help when needed

We bought our first hot tub from Dynasty Spas, the entire experience has been awesome! The staff are so helpful and friendly, our hot tub is everything and more than what we expected! We've been telling everyone we know to get one. We are so impressed with the service we also bought a massage chair! Thank you Dynasty Spas!!!

We have had our Dynasty Swim Spa for 8 years. Love it! Great product great staff, amazing service.

I visited the Home Styles show in Saskatoon last year 2015, ended up purchasing a Caspian 42 with the help of Rochelle. I received my tub 4 weeks after that show and have had nothing but great experiences with the tub and all of the staff at Dynasty Spas. There isn't much I enjoy more then getting home after a long day at work and hopping in my tub!

I love my Dynasty Spas hot tub but really want to applaud my recent customer service from Rochelle and staff from the red deer office. Rochelle went over and above to help me out in the most professional manner and with the most expedient service I have ever experienced. Thank you Rochelle. If needed in future, Dynasty Spas Red Deer will be my go to.

No customer service. I have been waiting on a spa valve which was crack when I received the Club 7 hot tub. It has been 2 months so far. Last I heard they were going to contact the manufacturer. Part will need to be shipped out of the head office in Red Deer when they ship to their store in Saskatoon. Would charge you to mail out the part if you want it sooner. No follow up calls to let you know when the parts coming or not. Do not show you how to do the initial set up or maintenance.

The company will not repair even though repeatedly promising.It is totally under warranty.Desired SettlementRepair the light that doesn't workBusiness Response Spoke to customer on Sept 3, 2014 and the customer said he would fix his 1 fallen down light in his spa. 3 minute job.I called the customer on Sept 11, 2014, after receiving the complaint from the Revdex.com and asked him why he posted a complaint when he told us on Sept 3rd that he would fix it himself? [redacted]I assumed from that conversation that the customer is fixing it on his own.[redacted]Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)After 5 months of being told a work order had been taken out to repair the light , now the company is saying fix it yourself. [redacted]. Also, when I contact the Saskatoon office I am ALWAYS told to run everything through the head office in Red Deer. [redacted] Final Business Response In regards to his statement about needing to call the Red Deer location....at the time of purchase, it states on his contract that Red Deer is the head office and this is the place to call for all delivery and service needs. In response to the fact that he had to help on delivery, he signed off at the time of purchase agreeing to provide extra helpers at the time of delivery. [redacted]
