E.File.com Do not use this company, they are scam artist out to make a quick buckI tried to use them to to file my taxes, and after I had paid the filing fee, it prompted my to for additional information, that I didnt have and so I did my on my own and when I requested a refund, they told my that, since I had used their site to calculate my return, that they would deny me requestThat is a poor business practice and their management has questionable morals

I had spinal surgery at the end of March this year, and was unable to file my taxes E-File assisted me with an Extension, I completed it a week ago, and my State and Federal returns were acceptedE-File was also instrumental in assisting me with a discount coupon for their services, which saved me a great deal of moneyI am a Senior and really appreciated their quick response to my requestI have been filing my taxes through E-File for several years, and find them to be an exemplary company and will refer them to all my family and friendsIn these days of questionable Customer Service, it is refreshing to do business with a really good company who values their customers

This is the first time I have used an online service to complete my taxes and will be the last time I completed all the necessary papers and even got a confirmation number I tried to check my account information on the site and have tried numerous times and it was like I never existed I never received the refund from federal or state in the mail nor to my checking account I am beginning to wonder if this place is legitimate and they kept my refund in their account and never transferred the money into my account I sent all the paper work to the *** via fax that was filled out with E-File and have not heard from the *** either I had plans to replace my central air with that money before the heat wave and now it is sweltering in *** and am very upset

This is my second year filing with E-fileThey do a fantastic job! Not only is it lightning fast and easy as pie, but they take their payment out of your refund! I got all this last year, but was not compelled to write a reviewThis year (2018) I had an Obamacare plan, which I received Tax Credits to pay the premiumsI was told, when I enrolled, back in 2017, that any unused Tax Credits would be refundedI have since verified this by looking up the lawAt first the system was telling me I was not getting a refund, but someone must have contacted the IRS and the very next day my return reflected a several hundred dollar refund! I think the total cost to file was dollarsWhen I was trying to research the answer to if I was entitled a refund or not I called a local tax serviceI was told I could set an appointment for a consultation for dollars an hour! Can't express how delighted I was to be able to file here and get my refund!
