HAVE YOU BEEN SCAMMED OR HAVING DIFFICULTY WITHDRAWING YOUR COINS!!!
I read so many stories about bitcoin loss to scams. I will like to start by saying the agencies responsible for bitcoin security has really done nothing to help locate stolen or lost coins. In my situation my MacBook was hacked by someone that had access to my emails, I immediately contacted blockchain and they only wasted my time, after which I worked towards getting help else where, I was referred to consult a bitcoin expert who helped track and retrieved my 3.3 btc, for an agreed fee. I was more than grateful, Thankful I didn’t fall victim and would like to recommend ( MORRIS GRAY 830 @ G maiL . COM ).

Review: My son wanted to get a game online through this company. I had not realized he signed me up on my [redacted] account for a recurring payment. When I sent an email to the company's customer service email, I requested a refund, and cancellation of this service. I was told they don't offer refunds and I have to request cancellation. Since I had already stated that I wish to cancel in my email, I assumed it would be a done deal. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until recently that the payment was never cancelled, and I was being charged a monthly fee of $6.95, totaling $48.65. I sent another email to the same customer service email, and they told me at that time, I needed to cancel through [redacted], something never told to me before. I have a copy of the emails if necessary to include. This company has had issues in the past, and has recently changed their name to Turtle Entertainment. I requested a refund of my payments made without my permission, as I had previously requested cancellation of this service, which totals 7 months of payments. I do a lot of transactions through [redacted], and never had problems with any other company, and never had to request a refund of a recurring payment, especially when I expect I should be able to deal directly with the company itself, not a third party, such is [redacted].Desired Settlement: A full refund of my monies taken, in my mind illegally, since my request for cancellation back in May of 2015, totaling $48.65. Thank you.

Review: I had purchased a 1 year service with ESEA. The charge recurred following a year. I contacted ESEA within one week to inform them that I did not intend to extend the service and wished to get a prorated refund. ESEA refuses to refund as the "digital goods" has changed hands. Note that I have not used anything and they could cancel the service quite easily. They are simply lying in order to refuse a refund. They immediately closed my ticket without a chance to respond and threaten that any additional support tickets opened will result in a ban.

Also note that there is no way to cancel the service on their website. They link to the general [redacted] site which does not offer any instructions on how to cancel the service. Offering to sign up via their website and then no way to cancel is a ploy to scam people.Desired Settlement: Pro-rated refund as I have not used the service. It is not a "digital good" that has been consumed like they are stating. They can cancel my account and offer a refund just like any other reputable business.

Review: I had created an account on the company's website back in 2004. I have long since lost access to this account and requested numerous times for the account deleted and/or my name removed from their website. Their customer support has refused, stating that my name doesn't personally identify me when in fact it does.Desired Settlement: I would like my name removed or the account deleted.

Review: I've been a member of their website for quite some time, I never knew it would come down to this. I started noticing issues in April, my GFX card ([redacted]) I've had less than a year now gave out. I've been circling what has been the issue in my computer (it gave out). I was tempted to take it into a PC shop and have it looked at. Luckily I didn't, I purchased a new hard drive (I needed a new one anyways) thinking that could be the issue, it wasn't. My graphics card has finally gave out, and they seem to have released a statement admitting this so called bitcoin fiasco. Which let me mention, when bitcoin got big I tried it on a laptop and it ended up with a broken screen or the video just wouldn't work (I have a video of smashing this laptop, I was so pissed. 900$ laptop.) Basically in the long run, they were the reason behind my 300$ graphics card I purchased no longer works is because of these guys attempting to use their customers/members to make $ from putting a unknown bitcoin miner on peoples PC.Desired Settlement: Not only would I like my computer fully fixed, but I would like a personal apology due to me losing ALOT of activity in my clan, my two gaming communities that I run (over 8000 people on both.) and for all the lose of work I've lost out from not having my computer to work. I will no longer be a support of ESEA or their services due to the lack of security they hold with their customers/members computers.

Review: I ordered a service from this company. Being a previous customer of theirs I enjoyed their services provided. My previous experience involved using a game called Counter Strike Source, which is one of the games that they support for the game client. I started a new game called, League of Legends, which is also another game that they "support" or in other words, list on their site. I downloaded the client and it does not allow me to use their client with the game. Only after paying, I find out that they don't support the game with their client, they only support the online league. No where on the site does it distinguish this fact, and it appears as false advertisement. This is unacceptable and I requested a refund, and they replied with this, " Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, as the system does not allow for a refund of a valid premium subscription. No where do we state that we offer a scrim system for League of Legends, only that LoL is a supported game. We have a LoL league, which you are more than welcome to form a team and join, but no other service for LoL." They never go in to depth about their "scrim system" anywhere on their site. It mostly a, buy their software then find out, kind of system.

*LoL stands for League of LegendsDesired Settlement: Would like my refund in full amount for false advertisement/misleading their customers.

Review: I have been a paying customer of ESEA for over 3 years. This is not because they provide a good service, but simply because they are the only provider for their niche market. Recently I have seen their service quality degrade below their already low standards. There are not enough servers provided, Support tickets remain open for weeks on end without a resolution or response, and a general lack of admins who care to help solve problems with the service being provided.Desired Settlement: ESEA should accept that their current system is ineffective and take steps to provide the service that they claim to provide. Answer support tickets, provide an abundance of quality servers for paying customers, and generally try to provide a service that might actually be worth paying for.

Review: [redacted] claims to offer a third party, client, software to help Steam games to be played via subscription. I ordered three months of their services. The first day of service, I was unable to use the [redacted] Client; following, I placed a support ticket to rectify the issue.

The Second day during the latter part, I did connect to their server, yet the servers were not better than what private servers offered from friends and public community groups. At night, I was unable to connect again then penalized because their services could not get me connected. As a result, I placed another service ticket. I'm not satisfied with their capability to offer what they advertised.Desired Settlement: I want my [redacted] account refunded.
