Review: Esports Entertainment added a uncommon data mining tool known as Bitcoin into the code of their program ESEA Client. This breaks the Privacy Policy statement available on their website, esea.net and the part of the policy in question is 8. Which states that it will only collect information three ways: Cookies, Data Collection Tools of Third Parties, and ESEA Advertisements on Third Party Websites. The ESEA Client must be used when playing any game they support to receive the product payed for. If the ESEA Client was left idle for more then 10 minutes, it would automatically start mining for Bitcoins without the consent of the user. The process used to mine Bitcoins can cause damage to the video card and shorten the overall life of the video card. Also, an Esports Entertainment representative has failed to get back to me on an email that I sent to [redacted]. This is a failure of the customer service department of the company.Desired Settlement: Yes, I would like a replacement of my video card. The video card I have is a HIS Radeon[redacted]. The card cost $400 right now.

Plus, an email as to why they never responded to my email and explanation to the details contained within the first email sent to the company.

Review: I paid for the ability to play on their servers but was unable to do so. I contacted customer support and they were unhelpful. Services were not rendered after payment. I would like a refund which they will not issue.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: Not happy with the service as it is not what was described in the advertisement and service information. Requested refund about 30 minutes after purchase, but was declined.Desired Settlement: 100% refund
