On 06/30/2020 I purchased a 3-month subscription (Transaction ID#- ***) to the Fitness Singles service. Since then, I have been (with the miraculous exception of a single, one-hour window) totally denied access to the site. I get an error every single time I try to log in. The problem logging in is platform, device, and browser independent, as I have had the same issue on iOS devices running Safari, as well as on a Windows 10 PC running Firefox. The error message says “An error occurred. -Password is not valid; -Invalid entry. Please request your username and password then try again.” As instructed by the error message, I have tried changing my password many, many times, but to no avail. I have also requested assistance multiple (at least three) 3 times by sending messages to Fitness Singles via the customer service link. The only answer I ever receive, however, is an automated email response acknowledging receipt of my email, and promising to get back to me. To date (2 days later) there has been no such follow up. I signed up for the service because I wanted to use it. Since paying for a subscription, however, I have had essentially zero use of the service. If my login problem can be solved once-and-for-all, I would be happy to remain a subscriber (although I believe I deserve a refund for the time during which I was unable to access the site). If, on the other hand, the problem cannot be fixed in a timely manner, I would like to request a full refund of my subscription fee of $59.99.

Thank you for your inquiry. Your membership was cancelled due to a violation of our websites terms and conditions. We issued a full refund on July, 1st, 2020.

Everything was fine until some glitch wouldn't allow me to read or send messages. After 5 emails to customer service and no response I am writing this review. Can't believe that I have not heard anything from customer service, not happy w/that. Use another dating site.

I have been a member of E.Unity Corp.’s Fitness Singles for several years, that is, until a week-and-a-half or so ago, when quite unexpectedly I received an email message from ***, with which I have an account, that stated E. Unity Corp. had stopped accepting my automatic monthly payments from my *** account for my Fitness Singles membership, and I no longer was able to access my membership and their website. This was, to say the least, a shock to me. My response was to attempt to contact E. Unity Corp./Fitness Singles customer service seeking an explanation by texting customer service on their website. The site states it will respond to members’ issues/problems within two business days. Well, after six days and four additional texts to customer service, I still have not heard back from them. My hope is that you can help resolve this issue. Thank you.

I put up a profile on this site and im a marine and they denied me the right to post my marine corps emblem, flag...declined 3x!! Im livid, im decorated marine so WHERE THE *** DO THEY GET THE RIGHT TO DENY MY PRIDE AND RIGHT TO EXPRESS MYSELF IN MY PROFILE!!! I SERVED MY COUNTRY HONORABLY!!! I subscribed to this website under the impression that it was legitimate. There were many profile pics of men that were "disgusting". I was also under the impression that this was local and not across the country. I had numerous men viewing me and messaging me. Many of the profiles were of half-naked men which I find very offensive since profiles are supposed to be approved. I contacted the company and received this response: "so it is somewhat less risque than it used to be at that time, if anything." This in itself acknowledges the website is risque. I simply asked for a refund of 39.99 after a 1 day subscription and was told no. I also filed a dispute with my bank.

Many members in the fitness community especially the bodybuilding community tend to wear less clothing to reveal muscle mass and progress made at the gym. We recommend blocking these profiles of you find them offensive. With regards to the refund we are happy to provide this for you. Since a charge back has been made with the bank we cannot issue it directly and we must wait for the bank to contact us. At that time we will honor the refund.

This company baited me with fake messages from "members" so that I would buy a membership. I stumbled on this site while looking for hiking groups in my area, and decided to put my profile out there and see if there was any interest before I signed up. Well, at least twice daily I would get emails saying my profile was either viewed, a message was sent, or there were "new matches". When I received notice of a "message" from someone that interested me that was local, I decided to join in order to respond to the gentleman. I responded to the message and low and behold, no response, although the message said he was interested in chatting with me. Additionally, the minute I signed up the "interest" emails stopped. Emails went from 2 or more daily to just one in five days.

What a scam. I cannot believe I did not check Revdex.com before sending this company money. I ALWAYS check Revdex.com, except this one time and sure enough I got burned. I demand a full refund. This company ought to be ashamed of themselves.

If we did our business would not have grown to where it is today. You have indicated that your profile views were decreasing over time. This is very common on all dating websites since your profile is viewed by all existing members when you first join. After that, views will be based on new members joining in your area which will be a lower volume compared to when you first sign up. Lastly, we can not be certain why a member who showed interest did not reply to your message but there can be many factors that lead to this that are out of control. We want you to be satisfied with your paid subscription. Since you are not we are happy to refund the full amount of the purchase and we will do so immediately.

I paid for a one month subscription and they did not allow me to use the services I paid for. I was blocked from receiving emails and other communications from other members. I was blocked from contacting and communicating with other members. These are the services I paid for with my subscription

I sent 6 different emails to customer service for help and none of them were answered.

Have tried to contact this company numerous times to get help regarding inability to access messagesi .... They do not respond to emails and their phone number does not allow for access to customer service This is a very expensive company, and as far as I can tell there is no customer service and they do not follow through on their and as far as I can tell there is no customer service and they do not follow through on their Business promise! It seems like a scam and I'm absolutely appalled

I signed up for fitness singles because the marketing made it look like there were tons of people on it and it seemed like a better place to find someone else seeking a relationship and that is active. After signing up for a year and seeing how few matches there are I was shocked and felt completely scammed. On two occasions now I have sent emails to the company explaining my frustrations and no response.
With the number of complaints I see which is probably half of the people signed up for this service I don't see how the rating for the business is an A+. This company should not be in business.

I signed up as a 6 month paid member and was given access to the site. I was asked to re-sign into the site and my password was not accepted. I read all the help questions and did as directed but the site will not re-issue or let you make changes without a password. I have written numerous times to them and always get an automated response. I never have had any response from the company and cannot access the site at all. I would like a refund.

I have only rejected the offer due to an incorrect amount offered for the refund. Appears to be a typing error but I am awaiting a response. I have included the responses below:

The pricing for a single month is $41.99 USD, therefore your refund should be $15.89 USD. If at the end of the month (or any time you choose), you wish to have your profile removed, please let us know and we will remove it for you immediately.

While I had a free account, I received a significant number of message from members, which of course I couldn't read until I paid. A few of the profiles looked interesting, so I decided to pay for 3 months. As other complaints have noted, once you pay you find there actually aren't any messages - they're system generated canned responses. And almost immediately after paying, all the messages from members suddenly stop. I've used online dating sites (like match.com) successfully and have no complaints about online dating sites in general, but Fitness Singles is outright fraud.u

I paid for a subscription to Fitness Singles, looking for men in my age range, in good health and with an active lifestyle. The only way to communicate is through their email system. I was unable to respond via email to any of the participants who contacted me. After contacting FS four times, receiving an electronic response stating someone will get back to me within 24hours, no one ever did. I am fed up with this site.

I think I have been ripped off, and all the company did was take my money. Albeit it was not much, but it is the principle of the situation. Do not state something, and then not deliver.

I also put parameters around what I was looking for an vice a versa, to no avail.

This site is a rip off and deceptive.

Fitness deleted my membership and I still have time left on my contract. They sent a suspicious email asking for my user name and password because of some system upgrade and I questioned them on it.

Once I proved that it was legit I sent them my user name and password and they deleted my account. I have sent numerous emails and no response. There is no phone number to contact them with so I am out the money and the service from the site.

I am fairly disturbed about this and would like to know how I can get this issue resolved.

Fitness Singles will never ask you for your username or password as this would pose a security risk. It is likely you received a phishing email that looked as if it was from Fitness Singles. These types of emails are very common and target many different industries. We would recommend that you create a new profile and then we can provide a new paid subscription for you free of charge. All we would need is the username of your new profile.

Fitness Singles said they would never ask for a members user name and password, but I have see several emails from the same email they sent the response from to the Revdex.com.

Something is wrong with this situation and all I want is my money back and never have to deal with this company again. They have no phone number and are largely unresponsive via email.

This credit was issued on 7/5/19 for the full amount of $65.97. We will never ask for a username or password from our customers. The email that is being received by the customer is from someone pretending to be Fitness Singles in an attempt to steal usernames and passwords. These emails should be ignored and we have no control over stopping them from being sent.

Hi ***t! You are receiving emails from someone who is pretending to be Fitness Singles. This is a called a phishing scam. It is very common and frequently occurs to online businesses. You should never provide your username and password to anyone that requests it via phone or email. As far as your credit is concerned this was already issued on 7/5/19 for the full amount of $65.97.

I upgraded simply to read a message from a sender. Unfortunately, it to read a message which read ".." That's it. Just two dots. I replied ..?? and got a reply back inviting me to see her nude photos. I sent a couple of messages to Fitness-Single's "contact us" to request a refund, but no response after 5 days. Worse yet, there is no phone number to call to share my experience and request a refund. Apparently, they don't answer e-mails or answer phone calls. Is the business so unscrupulous that you don't list a phone number to answer customer concerns? Refund my $35.99 immediately or I will continue to escalate the matter.

Business indicated that someone sent me a message but I needed to pay to receive or reply to it. After I payed I found out that the message did not exist.

Hello,
I really am aggravated at this service! I would actually like to get pro-rated and refunded for the last 2 months of the 3. Here's why..says I got new messages. Then when I go to retrieve them, it's not a message from the supposed woman, it's only a "copy" of the message I sent to them, no response. Unbelievable
Please get me out of this, and some kind of reimbursement would be preferred.

I have had numerous problems with this dating site and they never respond to my inquiries. I decided not to renew my membership with them and cancelled it. Since I went by the date I should have renewed they billed my Paypal account $39.99 which would have been for another month but then turned around AND cancelled my membership even though I was paid up for another month. If this cannot be resolved I will go to the Attorney General of the State of New York.

They have already been paid for one of those two months in the amount of $39.99 that they billed my Paypal account for so they are really only offering one free month. If they are truly offering me two months free that brings me to August. I responded directly last night to someone who emailed me named Nelson and still no reply.
