***,I can assure you 100%, Eagle Financial Services, Incof the United States, incorporated in Florence, KY, and operating locations in states (OH, KY, IN and TN), is NOT contacting ANYONE in the **. Never have. Ever. Our phone systems do not even
allow OVERSEAS long-distance calls. Its sort of odd, but anyone with a phone is able to call another person and claim to be someone they are not. We get it ALL THE TIME as well...crooks and imposters pretending to be Eagle in an attempt to defraud people. Eagle is a traditional consumer finance company, in a year old industry and we have been incorporated since 1994. We never cold call anyone for business, including in the states. And we close at 5p in most locations. We have an excellent reputation and are in a heavily regulated industry with state examiners (similar to traditional banks). We take great offense at your accusations which are slanderous and without merit. To that, Revdex.com, please remove this nonsensical complaint from our otherwise flawless Revdex.com profile. Dear ***,
We have received the complaint listed above and are responding forthwithSims Furniture agrees with much, but not all, of what the customer
has statedThe problems definitely began with the switching of the customer's account to the credit union, at which time the agreed upon automatic payments would no longer run through the *** Billing SystemWhile speaking on the phone with the customer, in an attempt to locate the reason for the problem, an attempt was made to run the payment as a 'savings' account, as opposed to a checking accountThe payment then appeared to go through, as it showed in the system as approvedThis occurred on 9/6/On 9/11, we received notification that it had not gone through after all, as we received a failed payment notice from ***On 9/19, the next automatic payment ran through our systemIt was still set up as a savings account because we had no notification at that point that the information was incorrectThe following day, the customer came into the store and paid $in cash, which was still showing as days lateOn 9/25, we received notification that the 9/payment had also kicked back in ***It was that day that the customer called us and said that her that the two payments had kicked back because the account was not actually a 'savings' accountShe also notified us that the credit union had frozen her account and she could not recoup any funds until Sims Furniture notified them in writing that she was not attempting to defraud usA letter stating this was composed and delivered to the customer's doorstep per her request the very same dayIt was also stated to the customer that, due to the mix-up, we were waiving all returned check feesWe did this on 9/We feel that every effort had been made to accommodate the customerThe next contact we had was on 9/29, at which time the customer stated that another payment could not be made until at least 10/4, at which time the account would be showing a month in arrearsPayment was not made on 10/4, but a payment promise was given for 10/This also did not happenOn 10/8, we began calling references, which we always do on delinquent accountsOne of the references was the customer's mother, who offered to make the payment for her daughterWe accepted the paymentAt that time, her mother intimated to us that she knew her daughter was having trouble paying her bills, which is why she was making the offer to pay on the accountWe are not sure why the customer was under the assumption that her account was not delinquent when the monthly payments are $and her bank account should have clearly shown that we had received only one $payment since 8/8/and we were now in OctoberMeanwhile, we are not aware of what the customer is referring to regarding the 'fee for finding the financing', and we dispute the charge that we are not reporting to the credit bureauWe report to *** at the end of every monthWe at Sims certainly apologize for any disrespect conveyed and feel that we always try to work with our customers as much as we canWe very much want to continue working with the customer in question, and will do our best to reestablish a good working relationship and a level of trustWe are including the requested a detailed account of the customer's payment history and hope for an amicable settlement of this dispute

Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] won't be held responsible from his employer for his actions because he has a long history with the company.  This is not acceptable and I am certain that the company's phone records and voicemails will substantially show the phones calls he made to myself and husband on the dates provided.  An employee there on 7/30 named [redacted], was present while Mr. [redacted] was calling me these unethical names because shortly after he had her to call back one time.  Again, his behavior will not be tolerated in demoralizing me.  The checks were never cashed, but I kindly asked him to mail them back and its being denied that they were ever received.  Apparently, this issue will require further legal actions against Mr. [redacted] and the business that they are denying his actions.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.   The information that was priovded saying that I was late all  those times are incorrect and as well as them saying they had to keep calling me. I spoke to a [redacted] who redid my payment arrangement and I was paying weekly $50 I was often given a hard time saying that I coulnd pay this amount by one of the reps (it was a guy I cant remember his name) but I mentioned to him that [redacted] okayed this $50 a month arrangment he then in fact took it and payments were weekly as well I think in may or June I called to pay my weekly payments and was told that I no longer have any payments to make I asked at that time was she sure and she put me on hold for a few minutes came back and said yes im all set and I asked why when I ppaid the week prior didnt anyone say anything and the rep did have an answer. If you check the records and my payment history I have been paying weekly what [redacted] & I discussed even a little more than the $50 when I had more. Can phone records and my payments be pulled please because I would not risk something like this going on my credit report over a $50 a week payment? If this is a true balance I dont mind paying it but I want them to be thorough and honest with my payments. If this is a true balance I can still do the $50 a week BUT I would like to only deal with [redacted] & [redacted] only because im being told something totally different. Also  I need this to come off my credit report asap and would something in writing in reference to it.

As [redacted] is adamant that this cannot be any member within their organisation creating this problem due to company restrictions on phone calls in place, I will be happy to revoke my complaint. I apologise for any offense caused.
I can assure [redacted] this 'nonsensical' decision to complain was not taken lightly based on information received and investigations made. I am sure he would have taken the same action in reverse.

[redacted] personal loan with Eagle Loan originated on 10/30/13 in the amount of $1,231.54.  After a series of past due payments ((3) 30-day past due/(1) 60-day past due/ (5) 90-day past due and (1) 120 day past due), plus a documented laundry list of attempted collection calls, the loan was...

ultimately charged off by Eagle.  While we understand and sincerely appreciate her personal situation, this account cannot be marked as paid in full because it was not paid in full.  Today's balance is $554.92.  If [redacted] wishes to fulfill her financial obligations under her agreed upon loan terms, we would be willing to work with her to permanently resolve the outstanding debt.  For further resolution, we invite [redacted] to call our Middleburg Heights, OH office where this loan was originated at ###-###-#### and work out specific payment arrangements.

We have reached out to you, but have not received a call back. An actual conversation would be more beneficial than exchanging emails – We hope you will contact our office by phone or in person. Best regards, Eagle.
