The Enterprise vehicle was rented on a rental contractNo liability protection was purchasedThe driver is not an Enterprise employee American Access Casualty Company insures the driver and that is the company that the complainant has been communicating withThat is the company that the complaint needs to be directed to [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

I spoke with the customer today and she wanted to let someone, other than the Branch Manager, know about her experience with Enterprise We discussed her dissatisfaction with the situation that occurred as well as her conversation with the Branch Manager and came to a resolution I provided MsHoward with a 20% off incentive on her next rental and she stated that she has always had great experiences with Enterprise and plans on continuing business with us We also discussed the recent charges on her credit card which she understands are for tolls that she utilized while in the rental vehicle Let me know if you need anything else Thanks, [redacted] ***

We called and spoke to Mr [redacted] We have been able to resolve this matter with Mr [redacted] We have closed the damage claim and will no longer will be pursuing him further

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below The other driver was an enterprise employee and had a Damage Waiver, Supplemental Liability Protection, as well as Personal Accident Insurance which was issued by the car rental company since in California you are required to show proof of insurance if you are involved in an accidentThe police report states the other driver was at fault so for enterprise to state that this accident was "one person's word against another" is indeed not validAttached is a copy of the police report.Regards, [redacted]

I would like to get a vehicle After all we've been through, we still need a vehicle

To whom it may concern, I attached my supporting documents regarding to my complaint ID [redacted] about [redacted] I have to say, something I mentioned in the complaint was not very accurate: [redacted] 's version of the receipt only covered or modified the total mount, $(not weekly rate), which was located at the right bottom side (not left bottom side)But I think the inaccuracy is trivialIn summary, I signed a contract with [redacted] to rent a [redacted] for eight days; the rate was $50/day, and $250/week, plus $different location return fee; [redacted] wanted to charge me $763.36; I only accepted $417.3; I won the dispute through ***; [redacted] sent $to a collection agency and put I (probably my wife also) into their "DO NOT RENT" listBy the way, I want to put one more request about complaint: since my wife probably also was put into their "DO NOT RENT" list, please also remove her from the listPlease reopen my case [redacted] didn't follow the contract between me and [redacted] , which is the basic fact! Area Managers has addressed complaint with customer and have come to a resolution

Hello, my name is [redacted] and I am the Area Manager over the location mentioned in the complaintI called the customer and his phone number goes straight to voicemailI did leave a detailed message apologizing that the branch could not locate his missing iitemI let him know that we would have check cut for the $he was requesting and would have it overnighted to his addressI also left him my personal cell phone to call me back if he needed any further assistance

Enterprise Rent A Car is not the proper party to this complaintThe loss occurred in CaliforniaThe driver of the rental vehicle is primary in California The rental car driver’s insurance carrier American Access Casualty Company has coverage for this lossAmerican Access Casualty Company confirmed handling of the claim in June and that is the company that has been in communication with the complainant re: the claim Per the complainant’s insurance carrier GEICO, American Access Casualty is disputing liability and because of that dispute, GEICO has not refunded their insured’s deductibleThis complaint references concerns regarding the communication from the carrier and it requests $for deductible paidThat should be directed to American Access Company [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]
