I still have issues that need resolvedMy cement front porch is sinking, as are the ones that have the same plan in the neighborhoodWhy would a reputable builder stiff someone who is trusting him to make their new home a great experience? Look out NC realty people! I would love him to step up and do the right thing
This was the most frustrating experience of my military career! And now that I've finally received all my stuff from storage, 1/2 of it is damaged or scratched!
"Cookie", with Haynes, was particularly hard to work with! She was impolite, disrespectful, and downright rude!!! In fact, she screamed at me on 2 separate occasions, claiming that I "hadn't prepared our swing set to their specifications" (which I broke down exactly as their pre-inspector said to), justifying her telling her movers to leave the house, and leave all remaining items, when I was in the back yard further braking down the swing set.

Received very poor customer service during the return of a one-way truck rental They were very inflexible and non-responsive to the problem
