When I visit this location to purchase a vehicle I was advised that I can test drive a vehicle by providing a refundable as collateral
On June 18, I visit this car dealership with the intent to purchase a vehicle, I was advised that I would be able to test dr by providing a refundable collateral amount of After test driving the vehicle I continued the process to purchase a vehicle under the impression that my would still be refundedOnce I was approved for the vehicle of choice I was advised that I would have to make a down payment of 10,since my credit score was lowI then decided not to proceed with the sell due to a different car dealership requiring a lower down paymentI then advised the sale representative and asked for the they was holding and was advised the only way I can get my money is if I proceed with the sale and have it applied to a vehicle I decide to purchase from them

Navigation Option advertised and verbally verified for Audi Qwere not available Car was not equipped with NavigationWill not refund option amt
In June and early July, Earth Motor Cars listed a Audi Qon your siteWe located the car on your site and on the site, it had all the options for which we were searchingWe drove to Earth Motor Cars to see the car and test drive itThe mechanical test drive around a few blocks was goodAgain, we attempted to verbally and visually verify those important options for us (Navigation, heated seats etc...) We were told "Yes, this car is equipped with Navigation, heated seats and more!" There was also a NAV button on the carSo, we had no reason to doubt the listed options, to expect that Earth Motorcars would bait and switch "or" lie about optionsDuring the initial meeting and test drive, we not only spoke with the salesperson but also to the Owner of Earth MotorcarsI believe his name was *** *** Neither mentioned

I purchased a Lexus IS Sport last I drove hours in a turn-around trip to getThe A/C panel does not work and no one will return my calls
I purchased a Lexus IS Sport in June from Earth MotorcarsI mostly worked with them via email and phone and drove in a turn around trip from Baton Rouge, LA to Dallas, TX to retrieve the carThe saleslady, Michele Canine, assured she had checked everything and addressed a few concerns and it would be safe for me to return homeUpon returning home I learned the AC panel buttons got stuck and went either all the way high or all the way lowI took the car to the local Lexus dealership (assuming I could do a warranty claim) and they informed me it was a spilled cold drink that was causing this problem and that is not covered under warrantyI immediately called Earth Motorcars and tried to reach my saleslady, Michele CanineI got the run around for about a month to later be told she no longer works for that companyThe man that

To whom it may concern,
We purchased a vehicle from this dealership October
We worked with a broker I suppose some how did business with multiple "high end" dealerships
The lady was nice and personable, aside from the obvious cheap plastic surgery, tacky choice in lipstick, and over tanning she was relatively genuine in a passive aggressive pretentious "uppity" type of way
We were interested in different used vehicles keep in mind this particular dealership "prides" itself in being "high end" I could tell with all the 40k a year uptown Dallas millionaire wannabes who were in "sales" with their used Tag Heuer and fake Rolex watches of course they had a few used Bentley, Masaratis and Aston Martins but behind all of that you could find the "Common" cars
The Lexus, Volvos, Lincolns, Mercedes and Cadillacs
We decided on a Lincoln SUV over a Volvo SUV, the Lincoln just had a little bit more room
The car seemed to be in an pretty good shape with the exception of a few relative minor details that have now become bigger problems
Of course we had a promissory agreement to fix certain items before signing the paperwork
Part of the agreement was to
completely replace one of the head lights where a seal had been cracked and obvious moisture had been trapped inside
The car must've been recently brought in as it was still a mess and needed to be detailed
Part of the electrical wiring ( for power seats, radio, navigation and god knows what else ) that would normally be tucked strapped and covered with plastic coverings in designated areas one of the passenger seat was pretty obvious that it has cracked and the whole casing should've been replaced as well as another compartment holding wires guessing these were for the trunk to automatically open the casing was also obviously cracked and wires were exposed
Needles to say we bring the car in for them to fix these items it took them days they offered us I think Mitsubishi type of SUV literally it was joke
We declined on the loaner
Finally when they say the vehicle was ready we go to pick it up the vehicle had a full tank of gas we put in, it was actually more dirty than the first time we saw it
I was skeptical about the headlight replacement as it seemed pretty obvious it wasn't completely replaced and now a few months later we have water in the exact same headlight that will actually have to be replaced correctlyBoth compartments also looked a little bit sketchy one month later both compartments came unglued ( guessing they tried to use super glue to hold them together instead of buying new parts
All this being said you can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig
With the few upscale cars they had in their show room, and the 40k a year millionaires and their fake tag watchesThis place is no better than a tote the note hole in the wall dealership you could find off of Harry Hines in fact in betting they would actually be more honest and transparent and I can almost guarantee the quality of sales lady we had the experience of meeting at this high end dealership isn't much different from the lady's you can also find on Harry Hines
Immediately regretted doing business with this dealership

Made it look as if he purchased my car to benefit his company and gain favor with Ford Motor Company for GT purchase application process
*** *** made it look like he purchased my car (Ford GT) via "used car salesman tactics" to (on eBay): promote his used car business by listing my car on his siteGain favor from Ford's application process - by showing current ownership of a Ford GT, he will get priority to being selected to purchase a Ford GTBy doing so, he also manipulated the "Carfax" systemThis scammer must be exposed for the unscrupulous used car salesman he is
