EARTHKARE LANDSCAPING

Kraig L., owner of Earthkare, designed excellent landscaping for our huge backyard. Our desire was to make our backyard an oasis for our family and friends to enjoy and to provide a safe space for our dog to run freely. Kraig's plan, which he reviewed with us every step of the way, was creative and met our required budget. Kraig was present on our property for each step of this process: first, his associates cleared the ground of brush, weeds and debris. Next, he arranged for professional arborists to clear out dead trees, fallen limbs and junk trees, which completely opened up the back yard. Then, Kraig had contractors remove an old fence and install a new fence to enclose the entire yard. Finally, Kraig replanted the yard with perennial seeds to create a meadow-like floral ground cover that was aesthetically pleasing yet still hardy enough for pets. My husband and I were highly impressed with Kraig's professionalism, availability, and friendly demeanor; he was responsive to our specific requests and was an effective leader with his personnel. We are so pleased with our beautiful back yard that we plan further landscaping, and we would highly recommend Earthkare to our friends, families, and neighbors.

I've had Earthkare do two separate landscaping jobs for me and both were very good experiences. The owner, Kraig, is very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. During the 2nd job, there was some confusion about a particular bush matching my existing bushes. Kraig went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I will be using Earthkare again for our next project and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Earthkare was very professional. Kraig called to confirm the appointment and he and his crew arrived on time. Kraig new all aspects of laying sod. He gave instructions on how to care for the sod. He even came back a few days latter to check on the sod. The job was done beautifully and I plan to use Earthkare again this spring.

Mr. [redacted] was extremely responsive from the beginning. He called me back quickly after I left a message asking for an estimate. He came out the next day to talk through the problem we needed solving. He surveyed the area and looked inside the house to understand the impact of current water flow. He made his recommendation and gave us an estimate that was fair. After we accepted the estimate, we made arrangements for the work to be done. There was very little wait between each of these steps. Mr. [redacted] and his crew took care of the project as expected. They also took care of a few things that were not in in the contract - seeding, laying straw, and removing a small stump in the area adjacent to where the grading took place. He could have just pruned a dead push to give him access to the space but instead dug it up and filled in the hole. He removed all debris from the job and left a clean yard. Mr. [redacted] was easy to work with and clearly wanted to provide a quality service. I would recommend Mr. [redacted] to those looking for a competent and trustworthy landscaper.
