42nd street has shared my personal information with third party including my work place so they can make my life hell, however I am not giving them a dollar of mine, they are scammersThey are advising that same product now on their website very cheap so they can do the same thing they did to me to other people, I had been receiving lot phone call from third party scammers they put my name and number including my work for people to call me I am not giving them a dollarI paid what they advertised that product for online they need to leave me aloneThanks

[I have already talked to Jonathan D*** once, who told me they were an authorized Canon dealer, and I should register my products online with Canon as proof they were not "gray market" He said registering for warranty was not possible if they were "grey market" He provided the links and I registered Then I visited Canon's website which stated that if a company is not an authorized dealer, there is no warranty and support service would not be available 42nd St Photo is not an authorized dealer for Canon, nor for Tamron Tamron states the same as Canon regarding "grey market" goods They are bot accredited by the Better Business of New York either Jonathan called only that one time, and someone else called but left no name or number These are the only attempts to contact me I have an answering service on which their name and number could be left to return the call Again another inaccurate statement Your Answer Here]

I have never met this man in person, I've only had the delight of him giving me the old bait and switch on the phoneThe public should be made aware of this company and their dishonest practicesI just feel lucky I was persistent enough to keep fighting with my credit card company against these charges

the client was charged the correct pricing for the products deliveredIn addition a credit chargeback was filed by the customer and after the investigation by Capital One the charges were awarded to usWe care deeply about the satisfaction of our customers and have tried multiple times to reach out to this customerUnfortunately we have been unsuccessful. We have made accommodations to try and settle this matter by lowering our restocking fee from 20% to 10%, exchanging the item for something else, or receiving a discount on items deliveredThe only way we could accept a return at this point is if all items that were sent have been unopened, unused, all manuals, cords, cables, software and strap are presentThe camera must also show a or on the shutter countIf those criteria are met we can provide a full refund on a return Our records also indicate that a second credit card chargeback has been filed by the customer which disables us from provided these options until that chargeback has been droppedPlease advise the customer that these options are available to them and we are striving for a resolution in this matter. Once again ST lies!!!!!!! I have proof where we sent the camera and lens to them and they refused it!!!!! I called them about this problem the day I was told by canon this was gray market gear with no warranty THEY PUT ME ON HOLD OVER AND OVER AND NEVER WOULD TAKE MY CALL ONCE I TOLD THE FIRST PERSON ABOUT MY PROBLEM They say they told me about there policy WELL YOU ALL RECORD THE CALLS WHERE IS YOUR RECORDING I BET YOU CAN'T FIND THEM RIGHT!!!! I have sent the Revdex.com the proof in writing that show I have made contact with42ST, where 42ST refused the return, Where canon said they where going to charge me to fix the camera because it was gray market, for as the Tamron len TAMRON WILL NOT EVEN SERVICE IT BECAUSE OF IT BEING GRAY MARKET JUNK!!!!!!!!!! So all of my Tamron lens I bought from 42ST R JUNK once something goes wrong with themA usa Tamron product HAS A YEAR WARRANTY FROM TAMRON NOT A YEAR WARRANTY THE YEAR WAS A EXTENDED WARRANTY LOOK UP WHAT A EXTENDED WARRANTY MEANS!!!!!! I was told on the phone by the guy I bought it from IT WAS NOT GRAY MARKET AS EVER THING ELSE WITH 42ST THE GUY LIED TO ME CAUSE I TOLD HIM OVER AND OVER I DIDN'T WANT ANY GRAY MARKET GEAR!!!!!!!
I don't know what I can say 42ST LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE WRITEN PROOF! I HAVE WRITEN PROOF WHERE PAY PAL SAYS I DESERVE A REFUND AND IS WORKING TO GET ME A REFUND PAY PAL HAD ME RETURN THE GEAR TO 42ST 42ST REFUSED THE RETURN SO I LOST ANOTHER IN SHIPPING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
