This is a response to a Review given by ***. I am sorry that our appointment didn't work out with you. I scheduled my drain man early for 7:30 to meet with your work schedule. My drain man is an outside sub contractor and is normally very prompt. When you called at 8:07 and said that he was not there, I called him right away. He called at 8:17 while driving (he pulled off he road to call me back) and said he was on the way but traffic was bad. Paula called at 8:19 and cancelled the call because she needed to go to work. She was going to get someone else to help with the toilet problem. I called my drain man and cancelled the call. I called her later in the day to see if she had gotten the problem solved ( 3;42 and 4:20) but she didn't answer the calls. ( The times listed in the response came directly off my phone log ) East End plumbing has been a family owned business since 1961. We work hard to help with our customers problems and schedules. It is unfortunate that things happen that effect our customers schedule and for this I am sorry. We will work continue to work to meet our customers needs and schedules.
