In my opinion, being a previous mover and driver/foreman myself, I was very pleased with the professional job and great service your two guys gave us! They were quick and very efficient to say the least, and so nice, I can't say enough about them! Thank you all for your patience with our settlement delay, everyone, including Elana and Rick who took my calls, courteously and with friendly understanding! All in all, a great job, guys!

In my furniture, household items, clothes, etc was packed and moved from Florida to NJ When they packed they forgot to get items in a linen closet in the master bedroom I had to show them When they packed items from a tall cabinet + two bookcases on each side they did not look in the bottom of the cabinet There was a crock pot in a quilted case on the bottom shelf It got bounced around to the point of breaking the backing from the cabinet They packed shelves from the bookcase in a box with family pictures and souvenir Disney books The pictures were very old They lost that box I was told that the driver and truck that picks up will be the driver and truck to drop them off in NJ That was not the case, instead they sent that driver somewhere else when he got to Atlanta Therefore they had to unload my items from that truck to another That is when the box must have not made it to the 2nd truck When all but the box arrived in NJ my desk was missing legs, the curio cabinet front panel was off too They would not send a furniture repairman because the furniture was not solid wood I made many calls to ask them to find my box but they did not I doubt they did more than make one phone call to the other people that had their things moved Maybe they checked the warehouse once What they gave me in compensation was pitiful, even though I had extra insurance I would recommend that anyone moving their furniture and other items use someone else This is not a caring company Don't chose them!!

This company is the best company when comes to move This company moved my household stuff from Washington, NJ to Kissimmee, FLThe pickup and delivery was on the same day as they saidThe driver and the other crew who came to pickup and delivery were extremely cooperative and courtesies and so was the other staff including the customer serviceI had wonderful experience with this company I will give star for their service

I would definitely recommend AGAINST USING NATIONWIDE We sold our house in the Florida Keys and bought condosone in Venice, FL and one in Torrington, CT Some items were delivered to the wrong location, despite being clearly labelled We were assured that more items could be picked up in Venice for delivery to TorringtonThe Torrington shipment from the Keys was due on June 1; it arrived June 28, one week after the day grace period that Nationwide allows itself in the contract had expired The truck arrived late in the day and the drivers slept in the truck after darkness and rain forced them to suspend the delivery They left many items outside in the pouring rain in the dark, which we discovered when we arose the next morning at 5: Some items were ruined The items picked up in Venice on May for delivery to Torrington finally arrived on Labor Day, after months of calling Nationwide at least twice a week to find out where our belongings were and when we could expect them We never got a straight answer, and were fobbed off with vague statements of delivery "soon" or "maybe after the end of the week." The experience was horrendous overall and cost us money to replace many items.They brag about how they are up and down Ievery day, but they were unable together to us for over # months Use someone else

I used Nationwide Van Lines to transport my belongings during my relocation from Virginia to MarylandThe experience was excellent, professional and hassle free right from my first call to get the cost estimate, to scheduling the piand drop off of my belongingsThe pidrivers arrived on time and dropped off my belongings on time and with no damageI will use Nationwide Van Lines when next I have to moveAnd I will also highly recommend Nationwide Van Lines to my friends and family

Hiring nationwide vans was the best move I madeFrom the initial call right thru the drop off I was kept informedThe two gentlemen who did the pick up were on time professional and funnythe two gentlemen who did the drop off were also on time and professional My experience from start to finish was stars

I just moved from ct to fl and had excellent service from nationwide van lines right from the startstarting with patrik helping me with my estimate and then with the movers johnny and charlieeveryone was very pleasant friendly and very very hard workersmy wife and I were both very pleased with there service and can't think of a single thing that they need to do to improve their service and we would gladly recommend their service to anyone!!

Our overall experience was greatReggie gave us an estimate which turned out to be very accurateIt was also the best price of the four quotes we obtainedWe did have a scare the day before the move when we were told the move would be delayed another day but after a while things were back to the original date we were told when we signed the agreementOn moving day, there were two men, Darren and JamalThose two guys worked very hard and quicklyThey were courteous, friendly but did not waste time chit-chattingThe truck was loaded on the first day and taken to their warehouse overnightThe next morning, they arrived to our new house in Fort Myers from Plantation and quickly got to workIt took them only three hours to unloaded the truckGreat job guys!

The movers were very professional and moved us over 1,miles without one scratch on our furniture They even re-positioned our furniture once we got to our new home without any hesitation

I was promised a refund from Nationwide after a horrendous move and they have now refused to honor it
then three and I had received zero updates about the compensationWhen I reached out, they had yet another convoluted, circumvent, rambling set of excuses to explain why they didn't intend to send me any damages after allI'm not at all surprised considering every interaction with Nationwide has been fraught with double standards and financial shadinessPar for the course at this pointThe measly $wouldn't even cover the $I paid to have the piano "professionally moved" to begin with and certainly didn't address the damage done on my bar or deskTheir consolation? "You can file a penny on the dollar claim for your damage" (the coverage being so pitiful it's almost laughable - yet ANOTHER detail the moving "expert" conveniently left out when quoting and binding my original estimate)

I was very disappointed with my experience with Nationwide Vans LinesI was moving from Philadelphia to the Boston area and needed my belongings placed in storage until I found an apartment
I booked it several months in advance and was promised by *** a 2-day window for piwhich would be a guaranteed date by one month of the move (it is very difficult for me to take off a day from work without several weeks notice)However, when I called a month before the date I was told that they couldn't narrow it down any further than the 2-day windowWhen I was finally able to talk to a supervisor, *** she explained that *** was fired because he was giving out wrong information and agreed to stand by his promise
*** had also told me that there would be a 7-day window for deliveryTwo weeks before the move, I became aware that delivery would be impossible on the 7th day and was told by another associate that they would try to accommodate me
Move out day was fine (although they were somewhat late)Unfortunately, the price was higher than the estimate
Despite my daily phone calls they did not delivery my belongings within the days I was availableI spoke to *** who was rude and acted annoyed that I was bothering herShe kept insisting she would call with updates but never didFinally when I called on day she said my delivery would not be until day and if I couldn't be there to accept it there would be over $to delay the deliveryFortunately I was able to speak to a supervisor, ***, who agreed to delivery it the following Monday or Tuesday with no extra charge
I was never contacted and the delivery date was continually postponed (which I only found out because I kept contacting them)My belongings were finally delivered almost weeks after the pickup dateWhen they were finished boxes were unaccounted forThe movers insisted they were moved in but they neglected to check them offThey refused to move anything in order to checkI guess I won't know until I have everything moved outIt will certainly not be by Nationwide Vans

The price these movers quoted to me is far less than the amount they are now looking to collect
I spoke on the phone with a man named Chris to get a quote for moving some furniture from Connecticut to GeorgiaThe quoted square footage was square feet at a cost of $including gas, tolls, furniture disassembly, and set up upon arrivalThe next day the called saying that it was square feet and that my total was now $I have called in three times and have spoken with five or six people and none of them have ever reached back out to me like they have promisedNow they have my furniture and are trying to add $to the price because I was given a low ball quoteThe quote is binding and according to my sales person as long as the items being shipped on the truck were the ones I told him over the phone then that would be the priceI asked him that again point blank in front of five of my family members and he again confirmed thisI will not pay what they are asking o

my very first experience with a moving company proved to be very smooth, Lauri was on point with all the details, she did not miss a beat, everything was the she explained to me, and My Man Johnny was on the money , very pleasant ,jovial, and knew his business he did't let me intimidate him at allwell worth the money!!!
