Delivery was promised on 8-27-Still have not received it & on top of everything, we are told it was more weight & another $3,when Alana & Todd came into our house on XXXXX Fresh Meadow Lane, Boca Raton, FL XXXXX They walked around the whole house inside & outside & nothing had changedThey had our life in their truck & knew it & totally didn't careStill in an empty house waiting for our deliveryHorrible ExperiencePlease help & don't let anyone else go through this*** ***

I used Nationwide Van Lines to move my furniture from Georgia to New JerseyMy first contact was with Alana, Moving ConsultantShe explain the whole moving process clearly with meI had a lot of questions and she answered them allShe had a lot of patience and whenever she told me she would call me back she followed throughOn the day of the move the movers, Alberto, Paul, Juan arrived on timeTheir dress appearance was very professional and they were very courteousThey put covering over my floors so they would be protectedThey took great care in wrapping my furniture and packing my fragile piecesMy furniture was delivered in a timely mannerI had no damage items and no missing itemsNationwide Van Lines did an excellent move for me and I recommend them highly!!

I moved from NJ to the Florida panhandle at the end of AprilPrior to the pickup I was dealing with the home office & Laurie was wonderful She was very helpful in getting my quote on the nose and was able to answer all of my questions about the move This was my first time with moving to another state Harold & Dwight were great in packing up the items I couldn't, ie., TVs, computers, etc They took great care in wrapping the items Their prep work made it easy once they were ready to load the truck I closed on the house in the morning & they were there later that afternoon They had checked in a few times to tell me about delaysThey brought everything in as carefully as the did when they loaded the truck I have not found any damaged or broken itemsThey were a good team I would definitely use Nationwide again Thank you

I contacted Nationwide over a year ago to move my home from Delaware to South Carolina I worked with Laurie OSenior Relocation Specialist, as our plans and needs changed we needed to make a partial move for now I never made an interstate move before, she walked me through all the important details I needed to know..She gave great advice whether I hired them or another carrier Her honest and caring answers indicated to me she understood the importance of making a good decision in selecting a moving carrier She was always available for questions and suggestions Our move was a success and they worked with my pick up schedule and delivery date The crew they sent, husband and wife team Kenneth and Bree were amazing They were quick, efficient and 100% professional! Not only were they the pick up team they were the delivery team, I was excited about my delivery a week later, and also couldn't wait to see them! We will be making another move later in 2019, and I can't even imagine hiring anyone else! You are in good hands with this company, They gave me a great piece of mind Moving is no fun, but they made it a good experience for us I would leave stars if I could!

I contacted this company in April needing a May moving date The initial sales representative was very nice We went through all of the items that were moving with me and he sent me a binding contract of $ The movers arrived on May 5th I had to move out of state prior to this for my new job, so my realtor was present to greet the movers and let them in The mover loaded his truck and during the load he contacted me and stated that there was more stuff than originally expected and that the cost would increase to $and wanted to know what I wanted to do I couldn't leave my belongings there so I had him finish loading his truck The next day I contacted *** and informed him that the cost was increased by the driver by a significant amount of money and he was not responsive to my concerns at all He basically blamed me for having more things that I allotted for, which was not true I spoke with him several times about this and he dropped the cost by $ I asked for a delivery date and he was unable to give me one A week went by and a lady contacted me wanting half of my remaining balance Again, she could not give me a delivery date The binding contract stated my belongings would be delivered between May 5th-15th but no one could pinpoint a date or time May 15th came and I did not have my belongings I contacted *** and informed him He still could not give me a delivery date or time, rather he stated it would be here the following Fri, Sat or Sun I informed *** that I read the Federal Law regarding movers and it was against Federal Law to load a person's belongings and then change the price of the move if they have a binding contract *** was upset and started interrogating me with a bunch of questions I informed him that I was not going to allow him to berate me or speak to me in a condescending manner and that I was not going to pay the increase since the movers did not contact me prior to loading my belongings, nor was a new binding contract signed with the price increase *** was extremely rude and attempted to reverse the blame on myself In the end, I did not pay the price increase, I paid the original binding contract cost I would not ever do business with this company again It appears they are out to scam their clients I would find a company that comes out to your home and perform an inventory on your belongings so that you get an accurate estimate This company is terrible They try to report that they have a Revdex.com rating of A+ but they are not even accredited with the Revdex.com Go find a reputable company to help you move

I'd like to say that my Nationwide Van Lines experience was awesome! I moved from Florida to Rhode Island and every step of the way was a positive experience with NationwideThe driver Dennis and his helper were awesome to work with and they kept in touch with me the whole time to make me feel at ease that my shipment was getting here on time and safelyI would use Nationwide again in a heartbeat for my move comma and would give them the highest rating available

I Recently used nationwide for a small job move from NC to FL They packed everything very well and everything was delivered unharmed within a few days

It was a very good move; and Chris, my contact, was very helpful, throughout the process

I am almost years old, never used a professional moving company until April My choice was Nationwide Van Lines, and I found all employees courtesy and helpful from Laurie to the guys who did the actual moving They were especially kind, and they certainly had the toughest job, from Mass to Florida

General Comments:
o First the window for arrival to pack was from 9am-1pm Movers shown up at 12:without any calls to let me know their arrival
o When they arrived they were not prepared Asked me to complete the forms and then had to leave to get packing materialRichardson was gone for over an hour and then upon his arrival he started packing
o He stressed his dislike to pack and made me feel very uncomfortable I had to go behind him because he was leaving things unpackedWhen I asked for a particular valuable digital frame to be boxed and wrapped he said the box it was in was good enough I said I would prefer if it was wrapped and protectedHe said he knew what he was doing and was very rude with me I decided to take the frame myself in the car
o At 5:30pm, he received a call from Nationwide headquarters on my phone asking if he could leave to pick up something He was going to leave until I got upset and said you have many hours left and I don't a

I recently used Nationwide Van Lines for a complicated estate move from Pennsylvania that had three separate destinations between South Carolina and Georgia I was in charge of hiring movers for three family members, so was a little stressed about the quality of the move If I could give stars, I would! It all began with Laurie, who booked our move She was amazing in both her knowledge and attitude I felt like we were best friends by the end of the move, as I was calling her constantly to switch the destination of various pieces of furniture between the three locations, with several calls even the day before the move She never once was frustrated with my continual changes The moving van came on time with Alberto and Luisny They were beyond phenomenal and I can't say enough about these two They came in the house, took charge, and we never worried about a thing They carefully wrapped and protected family heirloom pieces of furniture, and everything (furniture, artwork and boxes) were delivered to the three destinations correctly and intact, even in pouring rain The smile on their faces during the entire move put everyone at ease about the protection and care they would give I would highly recommend Nationwide and undoubtedly will use them again should I ever need to move again One last thing, they were very competitively priced!

We had cabinets for kitchen and baths coming from overseas
Nationwide handled the clearing from customs and delivery from Miami to Naples
They were on time and very professional
They restored my faith in movers
I would use them again, no hesitation

My overall experience with this company was extremely pleasantThe over the phone staff was extremely helpful and courteousThe individuals who loaded and unloaded my items were very professional, quick, and careful with my itemsThey made my move so much easier overall

My coworker expressed her surprise on the way all of packages arrived rather intact and well organized as compared to other shipments for other coworkers that used another shipping company

We recently mover from Virginia to Georgia and used Nationwide Van Lines to transport my belongingsOur agent for this move was Natasha MWe can not say enough nice things about Natasha, she was very knowledgeable about the processShe answered all our questionsEvery time I called and had another question or added things to the move she was very good about answering them and giving us an update on the quoteShe stayed in touch with us through out the process and kept us up to date on where the process was and what was next to happen
Nationwide picked up our belongings on the agreed upon date and timeThe driver and his crew were very helpful and explained everything to us as we asked questionsOur belongings were delivered days later, no damage with any of our belongings

This company has failed us based on customer service, negligence,lack of transparency, dishonesty, breach of contract, deceit, and poor communication

Our family had such a wonderful experience with Nationwide Van Lines Susana Swas our relocation consultant and was extremely helpful and very professional The delivery staff (Elvis and partner) as well as drop off staff (Uzi and partner) were fantastic!! There was an incident with my mom's coffee table The base of the table had cracked We were reassured that the company would fix the table and send it back to us within a couple weeks
We received follow up phone calls from Todd and Heather to see if we were satisfied with everything which we were I let Todd know in our phone conversation that the company was great! Thank you so much for helping with our mom's move
