We have had no contact from *** since e mails in November except through Revdex.comHis 'win-win' statement was never clarified from previous message to Revdex.com.*** continues to side step the primary issue of returning our money do to the facts of poor work on our neighbors roofs, their complaints and never starting our work on promised date or followup contacts by his employees.I want nothing to do with *** or his company with the exception of the return of our money.I would definitely recommend to potential future clients, not to do business with East West Roofing. response below:The challenges that we have had with the manufacturer has been indeed a bit challenging It is not uncommon during an application/installation of a metal roof system to experience some scratching and or scuffing Typical touchup by way of the manufacturer producing the specific paint color specific to the installed panel is delivered to us in spray form to provide touch up as necessary In this case, the manufacturer delivered to our corporate office, on occasions, the wrong color of paint and unfortunately delayed the ability to perform panel touch up After receiving the manufacture’s correct color, the inspection and touch up was performed It is not uncommon to experience a slight shade difference during this touch up procedure As mother nature/UV exposure to the new paint and panel will collectively fade slightly, removing the new paint sheen.In regard to production management inspecting the overall roof system: it was performed by my Senior Production Manager, *** ***. Mr*** respected opinion of the timeliness is indeed his perspective and opinionOur back log of work and scheduling and timeliness is consistent with the years with my participating in our companies. I am rejecting this response because: The building departments inspections were to be done in stagesThe company in question did not get these inspections doneThey just completed the job WITHOUT getting inspections done. According to the Building Dept this was the company's responsibility to get scheduled and completed before continuing work progressBuilding Dept also said they they can do and inspection after the work is completed but if there are any questions as to the work being done correctly that there was the possibility of not getting the final inspection signed off and having to prove to the building dept the work was done correctlyWorst case being the removal of roofing materials in areas in question. We are willing to pay the final bill now if we are provided a invoice and guarantee that the home will pass final inspection.

I’m sorry that I could not respond sooner but I have been on business travel for the last two weeks It seems a bit harsh the company I have a complaint with had a month and a half to respond and I’m given days, but I appreciate your hard work and I’m confident we can resolve still with your help.I would like to reject the initial offer Unfortunately Mr*** recollection of events is just incorrect Honestly if he would have returned one of my (yes messages were left) phone calls then maybe we could have cleared up sooner Mr*** called me originally, and only once, to state that the finishing work was totally unacceptable and that he would personally resolve After that initial phone call is when things went dark on his end The company never come down to my cabin to perform the work he states happened already I absolutely understand any work on the roof in the winter with snow on top is not safe and I am ok with them agreeing to the spring, but I want an exact date scheduled that is mutually convenient so I can also be at the house to “sign off” on the completed project as well I have been dealing with East/West Roofing for years now to finish this project and, in my experience, this is their classic delay tactic to avoid finishing the job.If we can schedule a date in the spring and they come down with matching paint, and can make this look like the professional job I’ve already paid for then I will absolutely close my claim as a happy customer Believe me I’ve overlooked so many other factors that have also happened with this project that are also completely unacceptable business behavior.Attached are the pictures so you can gain a better understanding of what my issues are If you have any additional questions please let me know, either via email or my cell -*** Again I am hopeful for a resolve here.Best regards,***
