Hi [redacted],I tried to contact [redacted] several times to confirm whether or not they were still planning on coming out to fix the roof today, as was scheduled many weeks ago.  The only reply I received from [redacted] was that she was going to check with the owner.  Honestly these are the tactics I've been dealing witih since day 1 with this company, unfortunately.  Is there a way to reopen this original complaint?Thanks,[redacted]

As yet we have had no reply. George H. and east west roofing llc. Are literal crooks. I know two people who have paid them and never received goods/services in return. I worked for George and when it was time for them to pay me he said his Secretary embezzled their money and he couldn't pay me he then let me pay taxes on over a thousand dollars of money I never received. Horrible people. Horrible business.

With the unusual amount of precipitation this summer and early fall, we have been challenged by mother nature severely.  In regard to start date for any project, residential, commercial, industrial, etc. we make it a point to be very clear that these are anticipated ETA’s that in all likeliness...

will fluctuate due to weather, vendor and/or man-power challenges.  This collective dynamic fluctuates our schedule drastically sometimes more times than not. In regard to [redacted] being accused of being verbally abusive: I find it extremely difficult and almost uncomprehensive of [redacted] demonstrating this type of behavior.  [redacted] is one of our top producers and has been very fortunate for multiple years making a substantial living in the six figure arena.  My point being is that Mr. [redacted] surely does not require hard selling to the [redacted]’s or anyone else because of his consistent work ethic and high level of professionalism that he has demonstrated throughout the years.  The commission specific to the [redacted] project is minimal, not to say it’s not important, but certainly in the big picture in respect to [redacted]’s income.  In regard to my personal communication with Mrs. [redacted], I with firsthand experience, can assure you that I was soft spoken, nonabrasive and certainly non-threatening at any level.  I did explain to Mrs. [redacted] that the company, indeed is heavily invested financially in all categories of what is required of us to facilitate her project and/or any other project.  I assured her that I would audit the financial level and would reimburse her accordingly.  Frankly, Mrs. [redacted] is utilizing, in my humble opinion, exaggerated, fabricated, unnecessary excuses to disengage an already executed project for no legitimate basis.   We are extremely nurturing to the senior citizen sector and make it a point to go beyond the call of duty to accommodate said sector.  As I have personally experienced false and slanderous allegations toward me, I find the situation of the ongoing allegations to myself, my employees and over all company disheartening.In closing, I assure the [redacted]’s and the Revdex.com that I will fairly audit our financial exposure and reimburse as stated above fairly and appropriately. Claim # [redacted] & [redacted]East West Roofing has made absolutely no effort to contact us. Not by phone,physical mail, email nor any other possible way to make contact. They arefalsely reporting to gain time and will continue, no doubt, to due so.I request verification of their contact and offer of agreement. Note dates arenever mentioned. This company is fraudulent. If Revdex.com wants to verify thelegal department, perhaps going through them (if they exist, which is doubtless),might clarify East West's true or false statements.There are many home owners in our area who have given money to East WestRoofing and have had no contact since summer of last year; others who haveunfinished roofing (our weather has been warmish and sunny for almost two weeks),others who have leaking roofs and flooded flooring. I will post notices in both localnewspapers requesting information and status of East West's agreements with homeowners.

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] convinced us to sign a 'contingency agreement' which states only east west will do the work. What he did was the cost of doing business. Nothing else, except to hammer at two old people to let them do the work that we witnessed as, to say the least, sub standard. I consider [redacted]'s comments to be nonsense; we want nothing to do with this company and demand they return our money in full.I attach letters from neighbors who had the roofing experience with them and there are more in our community that had had the misfortune to deal with this company. I believe [redacted] sent a letter to EastWest regarding his problems.
