so lets get this right you want my shop to admit to taking to long and making your truck look like a spotted leopard when you haven't seen a finished product im not admitting to that you haven't asked my shop to admit to anything lets do this since we are using the Revdex.com as a mediator to try and resolve an issue which is typically used for resolving a shop charging for something and not doing it which is not the case at all here is it tell them how you used foul language and insulted my employee we don't give promise date everything is estimated completion dates due to change by way of work load through the shop parts delays and ect

There will be no settlement granted to this customer she is rude and has been from the day her car was towed to our facility that's why being a owner operator type business I can refused services to anyone I see fit especially customers that like to call all day everyday and speak to anyone that picks up the phone to see how many different stories they can get to try and manipulate the system that is in place and has worked for years on ended ( we certain people who take care of certain jobs ) no business is perfect just like no one person is perfect but percent of people cause percent of your problems and this customer fell into our percent range and was requested to leave once she wouldn't leave and we were done taking her abuse the police was called and then the police she wouldn't even listen to them maybe if she would have been more civilized thing would be different but there will be no settlement for this customer

Hi my name is Dustin D*** the general manager of Eastex collision repair my goal is to help resolve your issues.However I have pulled your file and I do see notes where my employee has returned your calls and discussed where he insurance company has infact wrote a estimate with the wrong
vin umber and caused our shop to order wrong parts and delayed the process of repairs The time line of events are listed below the vehicle was towed in to our shop on 12/4/and inspected by the insurance company on 12/08/and the insurance gave my shop the estimate on 12/9/parts where ordered on 12/9/and did not come in until 12/12/14the job was then scheduled into the shop for repairs 12/14/where the car was tore down and a supplement was sent into the insurance for additional damages on 12/17/our shop couldn't continue with repairs until the additional damages where approved by the insurance company the insurance did not send the shop the approval to restart repairs until 1/5/after receiving the supplement on 1/5/the additional parts where ordered to complete the job and not received until 1/10/15 we are currently still working on the car and the car is on the schedule to be painted very soon and then off to reassembly I will take fault for the lack of communication from our end to you but 90% of the fault lies with your insurancarrires your car has ben here for days as of to day however when you remove the weekends that my shop isn't open and the parts delays as well as how long we waited on a supplement we have been working on your car for a total of days I have all paper work and correspondence to prove this to anyone willing to look at it sincerely Dustin D***

read what you said estimated completion dates look up the definition of estimated I am *** and I did call back check your voice mail I cant possibly work on getting your truck back replying back to emails

Unfortunately Estex collision doesn't own any wreckers or employ and wreckers she was advised by the wrecker driver  that eastex collision discounts deductibles and she was advised by Ruben that we do discount deductibles depending on the amount of repairs and was told 2 weeks before picking up...

her vehicle that there was no way the shop could discount any of her deductible that the repair was not big enough to absorb any of the deductible  eastex collision repair has done a investigation and cant find any similar complaints matching any similarities

we are very sorry its been a hassle for you unfortunately we cant control the situation on parts that are miss boxed by the dealer or damaged when they show up for assembly what I can do is see why there is a lack of communication on our estimators behalf to you

that was never in the original complaint you original complaint was about taking to long with the car and your rental expense

we have addressed all the issues accordingly and have been in constant contact with this customer he has been to the shop multiple times and sent multiple emails his truck is being expedited to the best of our ability he has claimed that [redacted] told him we would paint his roof for free witch is not on...

a estimate or does he have in writing we have a estimate to fix his truck there was no insurance involved it is a customer pay and his out of pocket expense is not our problem it his for not having insurance and having a accident when he picks hi truck up it will not look like a spotted leopard

again there is no proof of my company or employees steeling anything from your used not brand new spare tire

im sorry the customer feels this way im trying to get her car back asap the entire shop understands her [redacted] need and obligation to the [redacted] because of her [redacted] and needing to have her [redacted] installed I will gladly write a letter to whomever I need to in order to help her  I HAVE acknowledge THE FACT OF LACK OF COMUNICATION FROM RUBEN TO HER AND AM HANDLING THE ISSUE PROMTLY I WOULD LIKE TO apologize again for  the inconvenience

as we discussed over the phone on several occasions I cant pay for a rental that is not my shops fault your insurance paid for a used engine we bought it from where they said to buy it from and they admitted fault and paid for it all over again you where kept in the loop on this several times...

 as for the lost or stolen items you had been here and left with the car on more then one occasion we have gone through the shop and cant find anything that would have belonged to you or your family IF YOU WOULD HAVE SAID these things were missing before you actually left the shop or had some prof that those items where there we would have grounds to replace them  as far as my poor customer service you know as well as I do that you paying for a rental has nothing to do with that you paid for a rental because the car was left here by the [redacted] dealer for how many days and then the insurance company payed for a used engine and it was bad as well how is that the shops fault  I cant do anything about what happed in the past as fare as bad customer we can just pick up and move on

My truck still is not ready in which their estimate said 3 to 4 weeks to complete, however I gave it to them before Thanksgiving 2014. As of today I still don't have my truck completed nor in my possession and way past the deadline they told me it would be completed. I never said mike would paint it for free and I am quite tired of calling and visiting these people for completion of my ford truck. I could understand if it was a foreign car due to the fact that these parts take longer to come  in but I have a [redacted]. I tried calling [redacted] the shop manager but left him 3 voicemails to please call me on 2/3/2014 to no avail. He sent me an email late that afternoon about walmart and body parts saying that his employee was offended in which I never said and they are trying to blame me for their lack of workmanship and completion. They told me to check back in which I did each time and even showed up numerous times but still to no avail and each time now that I speak to them they leave out the ready date.

this persons car has been given back to them to my knowledge there are no issues with the repair we did issue them a credit on the repaired towards their deductible to help compensate there out of pocket expences on there rental

They waived the deductible, but it was in horrible condition inside. There were mechanic handprints all on the visors and headliner interior where they repaired the airbags, the carpet is filled with mold, and the headliner is crooked. They had no solutions to these issues.
