Revdex.com: The only response I need to hear from this company is that they will return my brand new spare tire. This company is getting over not only with me but several other customers as well. The fact still remains that this company has irresponsible employees working at this business. I'll say this again it is not my responsibility to call and remind or even to ask do you have my tire. My car was at this place for approximately 6 weeks I know what was there it is my car and it is paid for. Dustin said to me "how do I even know if you had a tire in your car". Because I told you it was there and my husband can verify that it is so. This business wouldn't have to worry about horrible reviews or getting reported to the Revdex.com if they would be honest and loyal to they're customers. I'm not getting paid to call and ask questions or check on my belongings that was one of the main issues I had with this company from the start. No one ever called me to keep me informed on the progress,status,problems with my car I always had to call them. A customer should be exactly that a customer not an employee. Better yet why didn't any one that works at this business call me to say we have your tire here sorry about that can you come to pick it up. I't's because they never planned on calling me they were hoping that I would forget about it but I haven't. To everyone that works there I hope it makes you feel wonderful to take from a person that doesn't have much. If you think for one second that you will be blessed by plotting on innocent customers just know that every will have a day to answer for wrong doing.

For my resolution and meeting in the middle I will agree to resolve this issue with a payment from Eastex of $447.24! That Is half of the price of the Car rental that I paid a total of $895.48 and feel should be paid in total by your shop but that does not seem to be feasible for Eastex Collision! So I am willing to come to this agreement! I have attached the receipt should you need to see documentation of charges allotted. May I also add that both of my kids scooters were stolen out of my trunk along with several other small items in which I called Eastex the same day and spoke to ** and he said he would check the shop and get back to me but he never did! He said that when cleaning out the trunk for the Ozone treatment one of the guys may have placed them on the side and just forgot to put them back in the trunk which ok that's understandable but I received no follow up back so I presume they were stolen! You should really look into that, as someone is obviously stealing from your establishment. I know you are not responsible for lost or stolen items and I will get no compensation for it but how would you feel if this happen to your kids! There is no reason for me to fabricate this as the scooters cost maybe $70.00 a piece! Its the principle of someone taking items that do not belong to them and belong to your customer along with a 5 and 7 year old whom enjoyed them!! As I have told you I manage an establishment myself and trust my team but also listen to our customers when it comes to these types of situations.
