I am rejecting this response because: On Aug Kaiser contacted me regarding the complaintI explained everything in detail and was told copies of all invoices would be mailed out immediately for my reviewIt is now Sept and I still have not received a single invoice I requested (although I have received multiple other mailings from them) and they are refusing to take my invoices out of collections in the meantimeI continually get generic responses like "we are working on it" but no one has offered any information or a solution to my problemAcceptable solution: 1) take me out of collections, and 2) send me copies of the invoices I supposedly owe

I am rejecting this response because: I understand that they will send me a written response by 5/17/ Until it is received, I do not acknowledge that this complaint has been resolved

Unfortunately in this circumstance, the work order in question took several times to repair, which is not uncommon in maintenance, especially with an older propertyBecause this leak has been previously repaired by another maintenance tech that is no longer working for Treehouse, I was unable to get any additional information regarding the past history of repairs that the resident has complaining aboutWhen the problem was brought to my attention, I spoke with the resident regarding the issue, placed the work order and talked with maintenance about what needed to happen at this pointMaintenance immediately repaired the leak, cleaned up and repaired all damage from prior repairs, replaced the carpet padding in this area and had the carpet cleanedThis work order was originally placed on 3/14/The resident came in again on 4/12/to let us know the repair had failed and this area was leaking againThe repair was completed on 4/14/I do understand that repeat work orders are inconvenient and stressful to the resident when they have issuesWe work very hard to take care of our residents and maintain the propertyThe office staff follow up with maintenance on any work orders that are not completed within to hoursOnce maintenance turns in a completed work order, the office staff follow up with residents via phone and email and to confirm that the work order was completed to their satisfactionThey document the person they spoke to, the date and time of the phone call, print off the email and all of this documentation gets filed in the maintenance file for each individual unitI have speak to the residents in unit a few times a month when they come in the office to drop off checks for rent and/or electric or other items of business and neither of them have ever approached me about being unhappy with maintenance, the property, the staff or myself in the way I have handled any of their situationsThe property has an onsite office and manager as well as hour emergency maintenance for a reasonWe work diligently to take care of this property and our residents but if they bypass management all together and do not give me an opportunity to hear their concerns than nothing can be resolved If you need additional information or have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me via email or phoneThank you for your time

*** *** and her roommate *** *** vacated on 5/15/The entire deposit due was refunded in full on 6/7/in one check to each residentThe discrepancy in funds received by each resident was due to an error in the paperwork on the pet depositThe pet was listed in our system
under *** *** and therefore, the refundable portion of that deposit was refunded to AllisonIt wasn’t until after *** contacted me after receiving her deposit that this error was brought to my attentionBecause all deposits due were refunded out and we lease per apartment and not per bedroom, we tried to reach out to *** to get her to refund the additional $back to *** ***After numerous unsuccessful attempts to collect the additional funds due to ***, I agreed to process an additional refund for the $I did this strictly as a courtesy to *** since it was unfair for her to be out that money due to the roommates refusal to reimburse *** for funds that *** should not have receivedI agree there were some delays in the processing of the additional refund; however, the original refund for all funds that were actually due, were processed and received in more than a timely manner. I have contacted *** *** via email and we will refund the money immediately via PayPal as to have an immediate receipt that funds were received

I am rejecting this response because: I have email correspondence that shows the termination of us getting the apartments was on June 24thI also have my phone conversations recorded, as I work for the cityI was never ugly until it was plain that no one was going to help me and my daughter really needed the moneyI even asked for the corporate office so that I could talk to the owner and the manager refused to give that to meI just wanted to know when I would be getting the refundI was basically told whenever they felt like getting it to meI spoke with the property manager to *** *** and she told me that by law they cannot hold our deposit like this.(She said the turn around is weeks) I did say that I would file a claim with small claims court if I don't get the refund back and still intend to do that if this is not resolved rather quickly

I think I'll give up on trying to reason with Kaiser.  They keep telling me that they owe me nothing; but made some adjustments to my account in 2015 ($4000 adjustment to $6000 billing error) and 2017.(mysterious $2000 adjustment; even though I wasn't a member)No one can answer why my son was a Kaiser member for the last year, having a premium paid in full each month....even though he was  a [redacted] member.They aren't owning up to their mistakes and I don't see wasting your or my time on this organization.Thank you so much for all of your help.Sadly...I guess its just best to raise the white flag.[redacted]

not resolve the complaint; it merely acknowledges it.  I do understand it is a process and they are submitting it to a department within their organization to address the issue.  The actions present it as on ongoing issue being investigated, not as a resolved complaint.
