At this time, I have been contacted directly by Easy Printing 123 regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
As I stated in my previous reply, they contacted me after I filed the complaint and they continue to deny a refundMy budget is exhausted and I can not pay for shipping or for staff and related expenses to return. I have offered to send pictures with signed affidavits.
Additionally, in the same breath they told me that they are not responsible for how they are represented on their website, yet told me to refer to their website for information.
Until a full refund is received, my complaint stands unresolvedWe are pursuing litigation with an attorney who has taken the case pro-bono

We are saddened that the customer was not satisfied with our customer service and we are constantly trying to improve our customer service
As of this notice & since the customer emailed
us a couple of days prior to this notice, we were not aware there was any issues with the order, any orders which are incorrectly printed or damaged, we always try to reprint them in a couple of hours or faster when possibleThe team member on the customers behalf inspected and signed the product okaying the product , so we are startled at the statements provided
We have notified the customer if they are unsatisfied with the entire product to return it to us for a full refund once it has been inspected to be incorrectly printedThe deposit has been refunded to the customer(normally it takes up to days for a deposit refund to process in our system)
Finally, all our hours of operation and when customers can pick up and what to do if the order is ready past business hours is also on our website and is referenced in the customers email confirmation for them to be reminded in case they missed it on our website
We hope to have answered all the points of concern on the customers behalf and will be here for any further questions if any arise

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
At no time was I advised of their offices closing, I did not receive an email in reference to the pick up, I received a phone call (to pick up at a different location than what was originally promised) and was not advised at that time that they would closeWith each interaction throughout my order process and throughout the pick up process all I heard was "Its Fashion Week." I assume this was to explain their lack of attention and courtesy
The company called me last week and said in the same breath that they are not responsible for how they are marketed on the website with the statement "hour printing" and yet, that I should refer to the website for their hours
The person I sent to pick up did not know what to look forSo she picked up and came back to our officesI immediately called and requested a *** upon seeing them printed incorrectlyNo *** attended my call and I had identified myself with the order numberI called back various times, each time identifying my order number, and each time either was put on hold for so long that it started to ring back into their phone system, or was transferred to a voicemailEach time I asked to speak to a person and was refused.
They are asking that I either ship or send someone back with the order to get a refund and I do not have the capacity to do soI can not spend any more money on staff, labor, transport or shipping to return as they have exhausted my budgetI advised them I could take photographs and would sign an affidavit stating that the incorrect printing would not be usedThey continue to refuse a refund.They very well knew that I was dissatisfied, and that the order was unacceptableThey completely railroaded the order processIt is poor ethical practice to refuse a refund, and poor ethical practice to have handled us as their clients the way that they have.

The first charge of $1,088.75 was from "Printing & Websites Brooklyn, NY" and then 10 days later another $1,088.75 charge from "NYC Printing 123 New York, NY".
I cannot believe the low ethical level at which this Company is allowed to operate.

Review: I went on September [redacted] to oder a simple scan of a painting. NYC Printing 123 said it will take up to 5 days. 3 weeks later there was nobody there to give me any reason of what my painting, my scan or my money are. Tried to speak to a manager many times, but they avoid contact. Finally I Could get my painting back but not the scan I payed for neither a refund, Not even I could get to talk to a manager because they avoid any contact.This people shouldn't be on business they have many complaints by other clients.

They need to stop stealing people's money. Honestly they should,t be in business, they are harming people, they know it and they don't care, someone needs to stop them.

Review: We ordered a Black friday window sticker to be delivered saturday morning we never recieved it. The company charged the card. No body picked up the phone. When we call they put us on hold and hang up. They dont want to return the money and I dont want the product anymore. I want my money back.Desired Settlement: Give me my money back.

Review: I contracted with NYC Printing 123 to design a website for my free-lance work (art work) on December 2013. They took an unreasonable amount of time to complete the work. They did not answer my email requests to update me on the status of the work and I had to go in person several times until I found someone who would answer my concerns. They also over charged me even before the work was completed - in this case they did refund me the over charge. After 3 months they did complete the work - it is good, but I want to place a record of their bad customer service to my questions. The website was supposed to give me editing access. I changed the password they gave me, used it and then after not accessing for a while I forgot the password. I requested a temporary password change, as you would do in any internet service. I was never sent a password. I contacted NYC 123 and they said that once I change the password it is not their concern. Now I cannot even access the website. I was charged over $1000 for something that I can't use and NYC 123 gives me no answers.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for 2 reasons: The incredibly bad service and the uselessness of what they designed (I can't access the website anymore).

Review: This is quite possibly the worst company to do business with in the NYC area. I had a simple order, 7 Adult T-shirts to be printed with a pdf logo I supplied with rush printing and delivery. I paid for it in good faith only to receive it after the time promised and with an additional fee for a car service from brooklyn to hand deliver them to me. Upon receipt, they had printed an ALTERED my logo with no approval to do so. Now the rush fees were futile because the shirts were incorrect and I could not use them. They not only wouldn't issue me a refund, but they would charge me to reprint the t-shirts!! T-shirts that they misprinted!!

Their explanation was because the shirts had already printed, they could not take them back, but I could pay for them to be reprinted. After an hour long conversation with the [redacted] explaining how it is unbelievable that I had to pay for their mistake, I weighed my options: Be out all my money, with no shirts or pay some more money and at least have correct shirts…I gave in and paid the fee. Stupidly, I now know because when I received the reprinted merchandise, 1 month later, they were printed on KID sized shirts! Give you one guess what their response was…THEY WILL NOT REFUND OR REPRINT!! THIEVES!!!! LIARS!! CROOKS!!!

I suppose when dealing with crooks, I should have expected this, however I believe in the good of people. This time I got royally screwed.

They printed my order incorrectly twice and have gotten paid for it.

I have no t-shirts and am out a substantial amount of money.

I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY IS STILL IN BUSINESS.Desired Settlement: At first I just wanted the correct merchandise, now I want a full refund.

Review: I ordered 50 hats for custom printing from NYC Printing 123. When the hats arrived, 13 hours after their scheduled delivery time (at 1am on a Friday night/Saturday morning), the quality was a complete embarrassment. These hats were a gift for a Super Bowl Party, and simply could not be given to anyone under any circumstances. The logos had completely faded out, and the letters were falling off or illegible due to severe ink smudging. I have never seen anything like it. I returned the hats, whereby I was told by the employee that there would be a full refund after inspection. When her [redacted] inspected them, he unbelievably only found 6 of the 50 hats to not meet their standard! I inspected all 50 - they were all atrocious. He is suggesting a refund for 6 of the 50 hats. That is just not acceptable. His defense is that since it was a rush order, quality can sometimes suffer. I actually used this company for a rush order last year (in January 2013), and the quality was excellent. Further, even if quality is to suffer, there must be a minimum threshold. These hats would not be an acceptable gift to anyone, anywhere! I cannot believe this [redacted] and this business are permitted to operate with such low ethical standards.

I have never written to the Revdex.com before, and honestly hoped I would never have to. This has been an incredibly unpleasant and frustrating experience. I appreciate your time and consideration.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $1,088.75.

Review: I ordered business cards for same-day service on Thursday July [redacted]. They still were not ready by nighttime on Friday July [redacted]. Despite multiple calls and emails, I was not able to get an estimate on when they would be ready. Finally, Monday July [redacted] I heard via email that they were ready for pick up. Well, that's far too late because I needed SAME DAY, or at the worst, next day service. If this company could not complete the "same day" order, then they should not have taken my order or charged my credit card. I would have used another company instead. I lost an opportunity because they were dishonest about their turnaround time. They were also INCREDIBLY unresponsive and have been in the two weeks ever since. I have never been able to speak to a manager directly, I just get fed in a loop between phone people telling me to send emails to an email called "management."Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded the full amount for the service that I did not receive. I never picked up the business cards because it was too late.

Review: I placed an order on the phone with an agent August [redacted]. The order was for 20 adidas jerseys to be delivered to them and to be printed with our team name on the front, and each player's name and number on the back. I discussed with her that there was no specific artwork, and that the usual 'varsity' kind of lettering would be used. The lady told me to send a list of all the names, numbers, and sizes, etc. once I receive the order confirmation. I received the order confirmation, and I sent the excel document ten minutes later. September [redacted] I received an email saying they are missing artwork. I replied saying they should check their inbox, as I sent the excel document. September [redacted] I received an email saying the jerseys are in print. September [redacted] I received an email saying I should call, which I did. A colleague explained to me a misunderstanding and mistake on the company's part, that the printing would be more than five times more expensive (from $200 to more than $1,000) if I wanted different names and numbers printed on the back. I said that wasn't an option, as I paid for what was ordered, which was explicitly different names and different numbers on each jersey. I was told I'd get a call back same day. That didn't happen. The same day we had our first game of the season, for which we had to buy supplementary tshirts, because we had to play in something September [redacted] I called checking in on my order. I was told the jerseys are in print, and should be ready for pick up Monday. September [redacted] I called and was told the jerseys are not in print as there is a problem with the artwork, but I will get a call from management. I didn't get a call, so I called and emailed management. September ** I had not heard back yet. Again I called and emailed, and no one got back to me. September ** (today) I had still not heard back yet. Again I called and emailed, and no one got back to me.Desired Settlement: I work for a profit company as well, and I know what it's like when misunderstandings happen. But the only solution is eating the cost. I demand these jerseys be printed, as they were ordered, for the price that I have already paid.

Review: Why didn't I check [redacted] first? Please people, you MUST not work with these folks. My story is just so unbelievably bad.

A very short summary:

I'm an out of towner with a client who needed a few shirts for a conference, for a presentation on stage. So not a big deal, but also a big deal. I called on the Thursday, needing shirts for a Monday, placed the order, gave the credit card, got them art immediately, sizing, etc. Friday afternoon I got a call saying that a two color print was not available on that turnaround, in the meantime I tried to get an answer as to why they took my order in the first place? Multiple phone calls, must've been 10 calls I made, each time ending up on hold for forever. The whole exchange took over an hour, an hour I didn't have to spare. In the end I had to go with a one color. Monday came around and when I called they said they were ready for pickup. I explained "no, this was to be delivered to X"... four calls later I still didn't have an answer, they were to be delivered by noon, by 4PM still nothing. They said they would redirect the shipping from the hotel to the library as the client was no longer at the hotel. I was told this was being done. 20 minutes later the hotel calls saying there is a package, addressed to myself (rather than my client) with my phone number on it (rather than the clients) so no one actually got ahold of the messenger. I told them to go to the NYPL and call the client. They went to the library and called me... so in the end the clients barely got the shirts are we super pissed. This was a tiny order, but had great importance to the client as they were key to a presentation to some of their multimillion dollar sponsors. Nuff said.

The next day I went to my credit card statement, and low and behold I was charged DOUBLE what I was quoted. My calls to NYC Printing 123 management were unreturned. They didn't send and invoice or a receipt. I called my credit card company who said I was well within my rights to dispute this, and they encouraged me to contact the Revdex.com (who's logo appears on the NYC Printing 123 website)

Yikes. Anyhow this was utterly painful. Stay away.Desired Settlement: I want to pay what I owe, and have the charges otherwise reversed. I am happy to pay the $135US that was agreed upon, but won't pay for the "free messenger service" and whatever else ended up being charge (a total of over $300CDN, rather than $150CDN)
