Review: Order #[redacted]

This company charged me $2,905 for a product that was incorrectly printed and unusable. They promised me it would be available up until midnight at their midtown location and then called and said that it would have to be picked up at their [redacted] location. They never told me it would close at 10pm and when my team member was en route, they closed.

Their customer service was horrible. They are a predatory company exploiting people who are in a critical situation.

They are "covered" by their legalese but are fully unethical. The have also failed to return my refundable deposit of $500.Desired Settlement: I work for a non-profit organization that services low income families and children. Those three thousand dollars were a total loss to us.

We should receive a FULL refund. of $3,405.

Response:

We are saddened that the customer was not satisfied with our customer service and we are constantly trying to improve our customer service.

As of this notice & since the customer emailed us a couple of days prior to this notice, we were not aware there was any issues with the order, any orders which are incorrectly printed or damaged, we always try to reprint them in a couple of hours or faster when possible. The team member on the customers behalf inspected and signed the product okaying the product , so we are startled at the statements provided.

We have notified the customer if they are unsatisfied with the entire product to return it to us for a full refund once it has been inspected to be incorrectly printed. The deposit has been refunded to the customer(normally it takes up to 30 days for a deposit refund to process in our system).

Finally, all our hours of operation and when customers can pick up and what to do if the order is ready past normal business hours is also on our website and is referenced in the customers email confirmation for them to be reminded in case they missed it on our website.

We hope to have answered all the points of concern on the customers behalf and will be here for any further questions if any arise.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

At no time was I advised of their offices closing, I did not receive an email in reference to the pick up, I received a phone call (to pick up at a different location than what was originally promised) and was not advised at that time that they would close. With each interaction throughout my order process and throughout the pick up process all I heard was "Its Fashion Week." I assume this was to explain their lack of attention and courtesy.

The company called me last week and said in the same breath that they are not responsible for how they are marketed on the website with the statement "24 hour printing" and yet, that I should refer to the website for their hours.

The person I sent to pick up did not know what to look for. So she picked up and came back to our offices. I immediately called and requested a [redacted] upon seeing them printed incorrectly. No [redacted] attended my call and I had identified myself with the order number. I called back various times, each time identifying my order number, and each time either was put on hold for so long that it started to ring back into their phone system, or was transferred to a voicemail. Each time I asked to speak to a person and was refused.

They are asking that I either ship or send someone back with the order to get a refund and I do not have the capacity to do so. I can not spend any more money on staff, labor, transport or shipping to return as they have exhausted my budget. I advised them I could take photographs and would sign an affidavit stating that the incorrect printing would not be used. They continue to refuse a refund.

They very well knew that I was dissatisfied, and that the order was unacceptable. They completely railroaded the order process. It is poor ethical practice to refuse a refund, and poor ethical practice to have handled us as their clients the way that they have.

My complaint stands unresolved until we receive a full refund.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Consumer

Response:

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Easy Printing 123 regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

As I stated in my previous reply, they contacted me after I filed the complaint and they continue to deny a refund. My budget is exhausted and I can not pay for shipping or for staff and related expenses to return. I have offered to send pictures with signed affidavits.

Additionally, in the same breath they told me that they are not responsible for how they are represented on their website, yet told me to refer to their website for information.

Until a full refund is received, my complaint stands unresolved. We are pursuing litigation with an attorney who has taken the case pro-bono.

Sincerely,

Review: If I could rate this company a negative 5 starts that would not even cover it!!! Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with for printing. Needed additional tee shirts with logo for promotional models for an event that was at 8 PM. When placing the order at 11 AM they were great..."of course we can do it", "we close at 8 PM so they will absolutely be ready before that", was what was told to me. Now come the issues....first off after placing the order, I get a phone call about 15 minutes later telling me they under charged me by $26.03. Ok, that's fine, I tell them to charge my card the additional $26.03. What do they do, they charge me again for the entire amount of the order plus the $26.03. as of right now they have over $500 of my money for 12 tee shirts. I called to see what they had done (after my card was declined and I checked my account ) and I was told they deleted the first charge. So now I call my bank and they tell me that they just need to fax them letting them know the error and they will release my funds....yea, not this company...I was told "there are no supervisors, they do not have letterhead and was placed on hold for no exaggeration 45 minutes. I hang up and call back WITH MY BANK REP ON THE LINE and now, the supervisors are busy but now they say they do not do the billing it's done by a merchant account. Really???? All credit card purchases are processed through a merchant account! I get nowhere and am now resigned to the fact that over $250 will be held up until it drops off in 5 days. A pain in the butt, but not the end of the world. I was getting the tee's done in time! Right? WRONG!!!! I get to their [redacted] street location at 7:55. the building is locked and no lights are on in the lobby as well there are no outside buzzers for people who might be working late. So, I call...they are not ready. When will they be ready? By 8:30. The event is at 8 luckily around the corner. I head to my event and leave a friend (who I owe a major night out of drinking now) was going to wait for them until 8:30. Are they ready at 8:30? NO! Now I am told 9PM. At 9, my friend is told 9:30. So now, they have over $500, I have no shirts, and I have to deal with the hassle of disputing charges.

Review: I placed an order for business cards. I selected a card stock from the samples provided by the representative at the [redacted]ocation. When I received the cards, they were not printed on the card stock that I had selected. The representative told me that the card stock was correct. When I asked to see the card stock samples, she said they were no longer available. She then told me to call customer service. I called customer service numerous times. Each time I was forwarded to a manager's voicemail. I left several messages explaining the problem and providing my contact information. I never received any calls back. I also tried to resolve the issue via email, but I was never given any reply. I have tried for five weeks to contact someone regarding the issue. I have never heard from them, and my issue has gone unresolved. The staff at the [redacted]ocation refuse to discuss the issue.Desired Settlement: After the wasted time and effort in trying to contact customer service about an incorrect order, the only appropriate solution I see is a full refund.

Review: Delivered behind schedule. When the product was ready, it was unprofessional, messy, and completely unusable. I requested a full refund and left the product with the merchant. 123 Printing has failed to respond to any of my emails or voicemails. We are still owed approximately $250.

A lot of wasted time, effort, and money. Manager hasn't responded to any attempts at contact and employees claim they can't reach him.Desired Settlement: We just want a refund. This has been such a tiresome process.

Review: I own street marketing company. I am writing because I am very disappointed with NYC Printing 123 services. On Friday, August **, I ordered same-day shirts for one of our top clients that had an event scheduled for the following day. Everything about the order was wrong. I ordered 3 black t-shirts (1 small, and 2 mediums) with one color screen-printing. Here are the issues I had with the shirts:

1. The shirt sizes were incorrect. I received 3 mediums.

2. The black shirts came with blue spots all over them.

3. The screen print was done poorly. The lettering was peeling off and you could see through to the black shirt. When I ask the receptionist about this she said “Oh, the guy on the phone didn’t ask you about double printing.” I was not told about double printing, nor was I told that the job would look sloppy if I didn’t have double printing

Needless to say my client is very disappointed and NYC Printing123's work made my company look bad. I have pictures of the t-shirts I received in needed. I didn’t sign the order form because the shirts I received were not “flawless”. My debit card was charged $202.50 for an incomplete and poor job. I am requesting a full refund for my order. Please help me resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.

Review: Placed an order for 50 visors that I needed by a certain day that they ensured we would receive on time. They told us it would be delayed, but would still receive it that day. Still haven't received it. When we tried to call them that night, no answer. They have told us multiple lies on the phone. We still have not received the item, nor do we need it anymore since we only needed it for that specific time and they are refusing to give us a refund although their website says ""Our workshop warehouse is printing jobs all day and night, so when you are in need of a same day job feel free to come to us and we promise you won't be disappointed. We are so confident in our super fast turnarounds and our great prices as well as perfect printing quality that we offer all our customers a 100% money back guarantee, if you don't like it or just don't need it anymore bring it all back and we'll refund you in full.”Desired Settlement: The business should definitely be able to give a refund especially since they have advertised it on their website.

Review: I paid $234.10 for same-day, rush delivery services for the printing of 200 business cards for a long overseas business trip I was taking the next day and never received the product as the vendor was not able to fulfill the order. They cited that their receipt of my artwork to be printed did not meet their deadline of 3 pm for same day delivery, even though my entire order was placed after 3 pm while being guaranteed by customer service for same day delivery, otherwise their was no reason for me to place the order. After being informed of [redacted]'s inability to fulfill my order, their manager, [redacted], agreed to put my order on hold while I was traveling, allow me to resubmit artwork once I returned and would provide an acceptable solution while I was away on my trip. NYCPrinting123.com wrote an email to me while I was away, giving me 30 days to resubmit my artwork and reprocess my order (with no change in the order - even though it had changed already because they did not deliver the product to me on the same day). Because I no longer need the business cards delivered to me same day, I requested a change to standard delivery and a readjustment of the order. The price quoted by their company for the same card specifications is $211 for 1000 business cards on a standard 5-day turnaround order. The vendor refuses to make any adjustments and refuses to further communicate with me at this time.

DETAILS OF MY SITUATION:

According to my email communications, invoice, telephone and credit card records, I paid for and placed an order slightly after 3pm on February **, because it was guaranteed by the customer service representative taking my order for same-day, rush delivery (even though my order was placed after the 3 pm deadline to submit artwork for rush delivery, as indicated on your website). I informed the customer service person taking my order that I was traveling overseas for an extended period time and would need the cards the same day because I would be leaving the next morning. The person taking my order instructed me to send in the art work as soon as possible, without providing me a cutoff deadline time for my rush order to be completed and delivered the same day. According to my email, I sent in the art work for the business cards at 6:29 pm thinking that the time limit was still within reason for processing in Manhattan and being picked up or delivered later that evening. I then called customer service at ~7:30 pm to find out when and where I could pick up my order and was told by the customer service representative that my order could not be fulfilled because they received my artwork too late at which point she transferred me to the manager, [redacted]. He restated that they received the art work well after the deadline and could not fulfill the order same-day and that they would not be able to fulfill my order by the next day before 9 am either, which was when I was leaving for my business trip. He proceeded to state that they can offer a solution to restart my order once I return and that he would email me with the details. I also stated that at that point I would need new art work to be printed because the artwork submitted was solely for the business trip, to which he agreed to accomodate my request. I received an email the next day (Feb. **) stating that my order is placed on hold for 30-days and that I need to submit new art work for my order to be reprocessed, unfortunately, I was not able to read the email for several days as I was traveling overseas and unable to discuss the 30-day time period being unacceptable since I did not know when I would return.

When I returned from my trip and arranged for the new art work to be prepared, I also contacted nycprinting123 to get a new quote for my current non-rush order (an non-rush order for same specifics and price that I had paid, would have been for an order of over 1,000 business cards). The artwork was completed and I sent it to nycprinting123 on March **, further requesting that my status be changed to non-rush and thereby increasing my business card count to 1,000 at the same exact level of specifics. I never got an answer to my email. I sent a followup email on March 26th, requesting the same to which there was no answer either. I sent a 3rd email on April 9 requesting a status update and for someone to call me to process my order. The manager [redacted] called me back, and basically started to explain that the rush order status cannot be changed and for me to submit my artwork again as he was extending the 30 day extension as a courtesy to me. I proceeded to request for the status to be changed to non-rush because they were unable to fulfill my original rush order and that they did not give me a cut-off deadline after processing my order after the 3pm cutoff deadline to submit artwork, all the while guaranteeing that my business cards would be ready same day. He refused to accomodate my request and said that absolutely no changes can be made to my paid order, even though my order was already put on hold after they could not fulfill it. After ~25 minutes of both of us stating our cases, he offered that he can have 500 business cards printed at 12 pt paper as a courtesy to me, even though I had paid for 16 pt paper for 200 business cards with a same-day, rush delivery status. I countered that I would have accept 1,000 business cards with my same exact order specifics expect for non-rush status, however he refused to consider this. He proceeded to tell me he will email me with his final solution to which I have 24 hours to respond to and hung up the phone on me.

I immediately called customer service and tried to speak with [redacted] to which I was put on hold and my call was never picked up. I called back and asked to speak to another manager, except [redacted], to which I again was put on hold and my call was again never picked up, NYCPrinting123.com is now refusing to take my calls and answer my emails.Desired Settlement: Refund of $234.10

We compiled on 8/**/14, but only received 500 VERY POORLY made napkins in very bad condition.
