Review: August **, 2015, I purchased 10 Ralph Lauren shirts online at [redacted] website. They gave me a tracking number that I could not find. I called all the postal services. I emailed them ten times before I got a response. I received a call from them informing me that they would ship my items out. I asked them if my package had not been shipped, why did they give me a fake tracking number. My order number is [redacted]. I spoke with a guy named Mike. Mike assured me I would get my package in three days. I never received my package. I called Mike back several times from the number he had previously called me on and told him to just refund my money because I was tired of getting the run around. I am a single parent and I need my money. I was shopping online for my son. He promised me that he would put my money back on my debit card ending in [redacted]. I have emailed them 14 times and called several times. Now they just hang up in my face. These are the two numbers Mike hascalled me from promising me a refund and it has been three months. I want my money back. This website is a scam!! Phone numbers are ###-###-#### and ###-###-####.

Review: They advertise the shirts that I purchased were Lacoste. The shirts were not authentic upon arrival to my house, so I returned in the required time. It is very difficult to get through to speak with a persons and emails have not been returned. They did not issue a refund in the amount in excess of $140.00. It has been over 1 month. I call and email, but do not ever speak or get a return email.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, considering I sent the product back as required within 3 days. I have the tracking receipt that confirms they have my returned "Lacoste" shirts.

I also think that they should say the items on the site are not authentic.

Review: I placed an order with this company almost a month ago, I never heard anything about the order, or the delivery, I've been contacting almost daily this company via email as they don't provide you a phone number, asking for an update on my order and delivery but they just ignore it. Never heard anything back, so I would like to cancel this order e get my money back. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. Don't recommend at all.

Review: We ordered 14 items from this company (Invoice No: [redacted]). This company only shipped 12 items (including one wrong size item.) They charged us at full price for 12 items ($415.80). They did not give me 25% off of the transaction as they promised. The promotion on their website is the Take 25% off when you spend over $350.00 using coupon code : 25" deal. We have tried to contact this company 4 times. (Twice by Email [May ** 2015 and June ** 2015] and twice by phone [left 2 messages at 9:23 am and 1:39 pm.]) There were no responses. Review: This company sent me the incorrect item so I returned it to exchange for the correct item. It has been almost a month since they received the incorrect product back and I can not get any response from them whatsoever. At this point I just want a refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like to see my account credited back the correct amount.

Review: I ordered three pieces of North Face jackets from [redacted]. Two out of the three were wrong colors and sizes. They had since been returned to them for refund of my money since 01/**/2015. They were shipped back to them through the [redacted] with accompanying delivery confirmation and was signed for when delivered. The invoice number for the sale was [redacted]. The RMA number they sent to me to use for the return was [redacted].Today is 02/**/2015. I have not received my refund, I also sent several emails to this company to which I received no response. I called the phone number listed on their site [redacted] and was told it was a different company.Desired Settlement: I paid the sum of $236.77 for the three jackets. It was taken out of my checking account on 12/**/2014. Their name appeared as [redacted]. I need all my money refunded , because even the third jacket not returned was discovered to be fake. The public also need to be warned about this company, because it appears they are fraudulent.

Review: I returned products to the business, and they received them on October *, 2015 according to my [redacted] tracking Number. I have not received credit for these items as of today January **, 2016. I have contacted my bank and no one has attempted to issue a credit back to my account. I was concerned as we were issued new debit cards since my original purchase, but was told by my bank that it would still show up on a report they receive daily, if a credit had been issued to my account. My bank was unable to dispute it because 60 days had passed while I was trying to contact the seller concerning my credit. The only thing I ever received were automated replies stating "Please allow up to 1 business day for us to reply to your message, but no one ever contactedDesired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of $129.64 which was charged to my bank account on September *, 2015 for the products I received and sent back to this company.

Review: I bought an XXL North Face jacket from this company and got it and it fit just like my XL North Face jacket. I returned it, two months ago and it said it was signed for by a guy named Tony at this business. Ever since then I have been trying to email them and they send me the automated reply back but will not email me back. And now it just so happens that their website has "been under construction" for several weeks. Every time I call the company, the phone rings and goes to an answering machine. I have not spoke with anyone directly. I've been constantly sending emails regarding my refund and one is responding. When I did receive a response, they stated my order was processed but no refund. I've left several messages and emails, but have not received my money.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $206.90. I no long have the product, so the company should give me my money back.
