Review: I ordered a shirt on 9/11 with two day priority shipping, I immediately noticed they charged my card four times. I emailed them right away at which time I received a bounce back that they would reply within the next business day. They reversed the charges, however I never heard back. But didn't think much of it because at least it seemed resolved.

Well a few days later and nothing had changed on my order status, I emailed again, once again receiving the same bounce back. It had now been 18 days, I've sent a dozen emails and haven't heard a single thing. The shirt is still sitting in my account order history as "New order processing" without a single change from the day I placed the order. I'm not sure what I paid two day shipping for when at this point I'm doubting it will ever be sent. I should have looked in to the company further before ordering and with no other way to contact then a email address that they don't reply to I'm at a total loss.

Very bummed as I loved the shirt and looked forward to ordering more from them.Desired Settlement: I'd like my order delivered asap and/or a reply from the company on the status of the order.

I have ordered a Ralph Lauren men's Polo shirt from their web site actually paid over 100.00 for three when I received the package on 8/** I found the items to be counterfeit .I contacted the company via email according to their instructions on the web site and explained that I was disappointed with the merchandise I received and I wanted to return it. Because of their rules you need to get a code #from them prior returning the items, I cannot just ship the package back. Their website says they will get back to us within 24 hours , well is been 48 hours I contacted them again last night and no response at all. All of these sounds very suspicious . I would like to get a full refund I did not want to purchase illegal items for sure. Thank youDesired Settlement: To sell authentic items first no counterfeits and to reply within 24 hours as they saying in their web site giving afull refund. Thank you
