We used this company to fix our boiler last winter. They replaced the pump and it worked fine the rest of the cold season. This cold season the boiler is not working yet again so we had them come service it. They came, tapped on the pump with a wrench (the same pump they installed) said it was something stuck in the impeller and the boiler started up. Two weeks later I receive a bill for $264.45. This cost reflects a a tap on the pump with a wrench. Called the company concerned with the cost. I believe I spoke with Jim who seemed annoyed with my call. He said it was should have been $164 and said he would take $100 off. I paid around $68. I appreciate the discount but will not use this company again. Jim was rude on the phone. And I feel like we should not have to pay to have them look at a part that they replaced just to have them tap on it with a wrench.
