This is Ebiz Innovations’ (hereafter “Ebiz”) response to the complaints filed by Mr***In large part Mr***’s complaints do not relate to Ebiz at allSpecifically, Ebiz did not contract to build Mr [redacted] a website, let alone the five he claimsFurther, Ebiz is completely unrelated to Reliable Business Consultants or Omni Coaching Ebiz actually contracted with Mr [redacted] to provide him with a Social Gateway package, video marketing, a Facebook Pro package, a QR code, and a Pinterest packageAlthough Mr [redacted] apparently feels he should have paid less for these services, as the attached written contract demonstrates, Mr [redacted] contractually agreed to the contract amount, and he did not have to execute the contract if he felt he was paying too much

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have taken MANY calls from you, calls in which you have done nothing but harass me saying that my website would amount to nothing if I don't take out a loan and invest more into the projectYou had a rep train me on twitterAre you kidding me?! I have a twitter for all of my other business so I stopped that immediately because I did not need that service nor did I ask for it I appreciate the response but there is nothing you can fix at this point as you already had a chance to do soI gave you a chance to make it right months ago but you were so focused on was drilling me to invest more by taking out loans so my needs were never addressedIf you are not willing to give me my refund in full I will be forwarding this matter to my lawyer and contacting Ohio attorney General Office regardless of the price tag on my endIt's simply about principle at this pointThe ONLY reason my bank did not get involved is because supposedly there is a contract involved and that is out of there scope of practice Case and point: Here is my commercial you guys worked so hard on: https://www.youtube.com/ [redacted] = [redacted] and here are the brands I sell: Briggs, Rackem, Ferris, Kawaski, Shindaiwa, etcReally? Each thing Mrs [redacted] is untrue and falseEvery product the client purchased was delivered in full via the email address she supplied us with and is listed below: Cool Social was finished and delivered on on 07/05/ Social Gateway(Virtual Business Card) finished and delivered on 07/05/ Marketing Video finished and sent on 07/05/ Blogs finished and sent on 07/06/ We can also show that each of those product was delivered to the clients IP address as well We as a company we contracted to build those products and those products aloneThe client signed a contract and if she wanted to cancel within the cancellation period we would have been more than happy to do that for herWe were unaware the client had any issues until she filed complaints against us and would have been more than willing to come to an agreement for a partial refund had she reached out to us directly to begin with Thanks

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: So back to the reason to why this complaint was filed to begin withYou charged me $3,after misrepresenting yourself by telling me you were apart of my web team from Volusion, submitted work that has NOTHING to do with my business products/ services and then told me I need to pay to have it redone by taking out personal loansIn other words, you have no solution to taking my money and giving me nothing in return for it? Unbelievable and completely unacceptableWhen can I expect my full refund? Sincerely, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern, Mrs [redacted] contracted us to build and train her on some marketing pieces in June of All of which were comlpeted and responded to by Mrs [redacted] In July of the said client stopped taking her appointments and never responded to any of the calls that were made to her so there was no way for us to know she was not happy with the servicesWe are more than happy to take her phone calls to discuss some sort of solution at this point but we cannot fix any issues if she does not communicate with us Thanks

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It's definitely a lie that their products have been completed The only thing that was completed was the video (and it was probably copy work as well, but that didn't seem relevant since it just helps people be aware of the website) The site is not nearly complete, as no products have even been picked out Another home page and logo was just created, but they do not satisfy me at all Because of the services I have supposedly received, I do not trust them or their outsourcing companies to provide good quality services now or in the future Sincerely, [redacted]

We have not received any calls or emails from Mr***We processed a $refund with him and consider this matter closed

I have not received anything from EBIZ in the way of a refund. The 1500 dollars they keep referring to was given to me before the process ever started this was done by them to sweeten the deal in order for me to do business with their company. After I expresses my dissatisfaction with the company and the product I was sold. I was told by Thomas B [redacted] that I would be refunded my money .He then stated he needed to talk to someone else and would call me back in 20 minutes and that 20 minutes has turned into months. I have left several phone messages and emails without any response to this point.

I would like to reopen this complaintI have made several calls to Ebiz and only reach a recording and after leaving a message for a return call I have not received anyI also sent an email asking to
be contacted and nothing This as been going on for months no contact from them and just plain ignoring me Any help will be greatly be appreciated

*** *** signed contracts with us for a total of $on 2/5/and 2/22/each of them being for a total of to provide a custom website as well as marketing to help her gain traffic to said siteShe had multiple appointments with her customer service from her first contract up
until 4/4/before she had stated any concern about the work we have done for herWe also have multiple email responses from her stating how happy she was with the products and services as wellWe are always more than happy to work with clients and there situations if for some reason they have stated they are unhappy, but when she called us she only kept stating she wanted all of her money backWe advised her that in this position that a full refund was not due to her only the basis that all the work has been completed for both contractsWe are more than happy to continue working with her on a weekly basis to help with her business and any concerns she might have

This response claims that eBiz Innovations has provided all of the services that I purchased and that is simply NOT trueAs I explained in my original complaint, I did receive a YouTube commercial but it was processed before my website was available so the commercial was uselessAlso, eBiz has stated that they provided the the Pintrest and Facebook pages, but those are FREE social media sitesI was told that I was purchasing social media marketingAll that was done was the sof these social media pagesWhy would I pay $13,for something that is free?
In addition, the response from eBiz does not address that fact that my phone calls, emails, and letters to them have gone unansweredI have been unhappy with eBiz's services and have been trying to reach them about it for over a year with no response until I filed this complaintI do not feel that this company has provided the services that I purchased and I want my money back

Mr*** already disputed charges with his credit card before contacting us to discuss a refundWe cannot process or discuss any type of refund until they disputes are either closed or finalized through the issuing ***

response to EBIZ Innovation:  I originally got into the [redacted] Service Business to make additional income.  Currently, my only means of support is that I'm on Social Security with a fixed income of
$1,486.00 per month.  This $7,000.00 dispute is almost half my yearly income.
I would appreciate a total credit of the $7,000.00.
