On May 18th this company E C Fix LLC was dispatched out from Select Home Warranty to repair a burner on my stove that had completely stop working. This same company has been called several more times to resolve my issue this burner has yet to be resolved. This company has been paid to perform services that is incomplete. The technician has mounted my burner in and I can not clean my burner and the burner is still NOT working. The technician has said several times that he was coming but until this day he has yet to arrive. PLEASE HELP ME GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED

Billing Adjustment I would like this company to refund my $75 service fee because this company has yet to resolve my issue and I could retain another company services.
We service the customer on May 18 on a burner that was not working properly. We have this claim through Select Home Warranty and we need to process the claim according to the warranty and per by contract we can not perform any additional work without the required approval. Our company offered the technical service and the burner was replaced for a new one, plus additional cables that were also damaged at the time of the claim and properly report to the warranty in a completed repair report at that time. Several days after the repair the customer call reporting that she was not able to remove the burner for cleaning purposes and also report that it was not working.We submit a recall report to the warranty but we can not perform any work if is not authorized by the Warranty company. This customer call several times to our office and was advised that any decision for her case, needs the authorization of the Warranty, We are Technical service, our company do not have any information related to specific coverage for customers or amounts limits for each customer. The Service call fee of 75 , is the deductible that the customer needs to pay for the diagnose, by contract with Select Home Warranty, and is required in her contract. Unfortunately we can not make any decision without the warranty approval. We have a commitment with our customers, but we cannot process anything without the warranty approval and authorization for payment. As a courtesy we can refund 50% of the service call fee if is necessary. But ultimately is Select Home Warranty her contract holder.

Select Home Warranty gave the company authorization in regards to this problem. The technician has been to my residents and has not resolve the issue yet. He has come to my house 4 times. I have contacted him about the burner but he has yet to resolve this problem. Last last time he came he hardware my burner coil and I am not able to take the tray out to wash, my stove was not setup like this. I spoke with the technician about returning to the residents and resolving my issue, He has claim several times he was coming but never showed up and just last week he stop answering the phone.
the first Authorization was given to our company for the firsts parts that were installed in the unit. After the report from the customer that it was not working, we report that back to Select Home Warranty. Again, any additional work/parts needs to be approved by Select Home Warranty. The technicians do not handle any information about routs, parts delivered or any other information , and most of the time when they are driving or in a service job, they are not aloud to answer phone call. This issue unfortunately needs to be resolve thought Select Home Warranty. We offer a refund of 50% of the 75 deductible as courtesy. The customer needs to call Select Home Warranty to ask for fee waive.

This company had submitted to Select Home Warranty the problem with my stove. He claim to have replaced the parts for the stove. This tecnician is trying to get more money from Select Home Warranty. This technician hardware my burner to my stove and I am unable to take the drainer out to clean it and the burner from the initial callout is still not working. I have hired another technician to come and repair my stove I have being going back and forth with this technician. I asked him to return to take that hardware loose and he said he would NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY ARE STATING THAT I NEED TO CONTACT SELECT HOME WARRANTY. WHEN I DID CONTACT SELECT HOME WARRANTY PREVIOUSLY SELECT HOME WARRANTY ADVISE ME TO CALL THE TECHNICIAN TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. AT THIS POINT I JUST WOULD LIKE E C FIX
Since the beginning of the RECALL PROCESS we advice the customer to call Select Home Warranty. We are not the contract holder. We can not help the customer any further.
We had a problem with our washer not staying balanced while in the spin cycle. I called EC FIX and they set up an appt for the following morning. Their service call charge is VERY reasonable and in our case, they were able to fix it for just a few dollars in parts while they were here! If they don't have the part and have to make a second trip, they explained they give you a total price prior to coming out the second time so you know exactly what it will cost! Very satisfied!
