I will not do business with this company again. I have had two bad experiences with book rentals. I called the company with each problem and both times was given conflicting information and incorrect information. I have been renting text books for many years and have never had any problems with other companies... This is a very poorly run company, with very little customer service if you have a problem.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Ordered my book on 8/30 and paid two day shipping. NO BOOK!! NO TRACKING NUMBER!! Contacted them several times and now I tried to cancel the order completely and was told its prepared for shipping and too late to cancel. I have to return it when I get it!! I better get reimbursed the shipping charges as well!!

This company is horrible. They take your order, charge your account and then cancel your order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then you cant get anyone on the telephone to confirm why this happened!

My daughter started college and she needed a textbook not available in our area. I found a used one on ecampus.com and their website advertised they had it in stock and it would ship within 24 hours. 3 days later(today) I called and asked them why it has not shipped? [redacted] the customer service rep told me because they do not have the book and it will be at least 2 weeks before they can get one! I thought it was illegal to advertise and sell ( they charged my credit card) something you do not have??

Worst company I've ever felt with. They cancelled my husbands order 3 times but sent him a confirmation email on each order. Finally I had to order the book with a different credit card. There was nothing about the user agreement when I purchased. The semester finished, I forgot about the book. They were sending emails to the address I no longer use and then told me I'd be charged for the full price. I sent the book back immediately after I realized. Called multiple times to ask about my return, no answer, ever. Emailed them, got back to me days later saying I could only qualify for 50% back if it was received and processed in their system by 15 days past due. It was too late by the time I sent it. They took the book back, no emails saying they received it and no return. Looked online just curious how much they would've bough it back for. 5$. FIVE DOLLARS for a book they charged me 260$ for without notifying me. Currently disputing with my bank. Worst customer service I've ever heard of. Scam company.

I just ordered books and after all the bad Delivery reviews I am terrified to have a bad experience... please I beg you guys to get it together and have my books online I have assignments due next week and I can't afford to be out money or wait on Refunds....How have you guys fixed these shipping issues

I don't know how eCampus is related to Bigger Books but my complaint is with Bigger Books. I placed a order on May 8 and my book did not get to me until May 29. After my class started and several assignment due. I went on their website under the contact me tab and sent to messages the first asking where my book was. The second email I asked that my order be canceled because I order another one. Instead days after that email my book is shipped. When I received the book and looked to see if I could return it the website is saying that I will be loosing 10 dollars because of shipping and stocking. Thats not my problem this company should not have take my money out of my account if they knew the book was not in stock. Better yet, let customers know the book is not in stock and see if they are willing to wait or not. I was not able to wait. I am taking a summer school class that last five weeks so everything is face paced.

Ecampus provides awful customer support. I had an issue with a buyback and they ended up never paying me for two books I sent to them. They claimed that they were damaged and would not send them back to me. They wanted to charge me $10 per book to ship back, but the books were worth about a couple bucks each so obviously I would be a fool to accept that. The books I sent in were not damaged and any attempt to discuss my issue with the company led to a representative sending me repetitive information in pre written response. There was absolutely no real attempt to solve my problem. I will not be doing business with them again.
