Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is FINALLY satisfactory to me Eco Flower did complete the refund promised to me on June 5, 2017, three month and one day past the date I originally ordered I received a call from their Customer Service Department only after I contacted the Revdex.com, to tell me that what I had ordered, they didn't even have in stock All other previous attempts on my part to contact them to resolve this matter before contacting the Revdex.com went ignored by the company, other than to receive an email with absolutely NO information telling me anything When I asked the Customer Service Rep when they would have the item that I ordered, I was told they didn't know I was asked if I wanted to wait (with no time frame given) or a refund I opted for a refund Ridiculous This company is still actively advertising selling product that they have absolutely NO intentions of fulfilling in any timely manner None whatsoever They need to be shut down BUYER BEWARE! To Whom It May Concern:Although we are sorry to hear about this customer's delayed wedding flower order, we are unable to assist in the matter because the complaint was erroneously placed against our companyWe do not have an order corresponding to the respective order number or in this customer's nameJust to clarify, we at EcoFlower Weddings (www.ecoflowerweddings.com) are a completely separate, non-affiliated company with Eco Flower (www.ecoflower.com)Eco Flower has a wedding line of its ownThe fact that we share a similar name can create confusionWe at EcoFlower Weddings are a much smaller company - more of a mom&pop shopWe specialize in ONLY custom wedding flower ordersSince we custom craft each flower order to order, we require for orders to be placed 2-months in advance of the preferred delivery dateAs the owner of this company, I personally participate in the order placement, customer service matters, and crafting of the floral itemsSince the order was not placed with our company, we are unable to address the matterIt would be best for the customer to either file a complaint or to reach out to the corresponding company with whom the order was placedHopefully, the customer will be able to get the matter resolved in a timely mannerLet us know if there is any other information we can provide to further refute the complaintThank you Warmly, Chelsea D [redacted] Owner, EcoFlower Weddings
