Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It should not take months to respond to a complaint and as a business, you have done nothing to rectify the situation I had to send several emails, go through several robots, made several calls, spent valuable time listening to music for no one to answer....all to get to the point where I finally resolved the situation to the best of my ability....myself It is my right to reject your feedback and maintain that EcoFlowers is not a reputable business Your Revdex.com score will stay quite low if I have anything to do with it and I will do no further business with you I am a customer that you will never be able to satisfy due to my two extremely poor experiences with you My recommendation would be to change your business practices and not expect a standing ovation when you finally respond to a complaint 3-months after it was made Sincerely, [redacted]

Our wedding items do have a different production time-frame then our standard itemsI do see that there has been multiple communications over the past few weeksI see that the time-frame's and the contact information for our wedding coordinator was given via Facebook on December 19thI see that on December 21st there was an email response advising of the delay in regards to the scent vials needed to complete the Wedding Sample boxOn January 9th our wedding coordinator reached out to the customer to advise that we were still waiting on the scent vials to arrive and asked if the customer would like to continue the order or cancelWe did receive a response back requesting that the order be cancelledA refund notification was sent and refund has been processed back to the original form of payment

I have received my orders, which are all beautifulI am still waiting on the vases that I ordered, which are apparently back orderedI will be watching for and expecting these to ship Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]
