I am rejecting this response because while I did receive the email notifying me that a replacement bouquet would be sent and that it was sent to an "escalations team", there was no response to my direct question on what the estimated delivery time would be for the replacementAs previously mentioned, I am hesitant to mark this issue accepted or closed until the matter has reached a full resolution - meaning that the replacement bouquet has been received and is the correct product that was ordered.

They canceled the order thru paypal and refunded me partialI paid with a 50$ gift card on which they did not refund back on the gift card

I am rejecting this response because:On 12/1/2018, I received this email from your sales department (see below) No where did it indicate concerns with PayPal I feel that your response to my complaint is an avoidance tactic as you were not even able to indicate a date of refund, especially since you are already past due I’m sorry, but this is unacceptable I was so excited to receive your product after placing my order in March It saddens me that your company’s customer service is not able to follow through with carrying out orders that are placed and that you are even unable to issue prompt refunds ***, Thank you for contacting us!
