This is a follow up complaint to Complaint ID: ***I have yet to receive my refund from the company and wish this issue to come to a closeOriginal complaint details: "I placed an order more than months agoI contacted the company several times to get an understanding of when I should expect my order but they never provided any additional informationAfter finally giving in and requesting a refund, the company has dragged their feet on that as wellBased on research (that I wish I had done prior to my original purchase), this seems to continue to be a problem and it appears that the business is really just a scam."

I am rejecting this response because:I responded to the email within an hour yesterday and haven’t gotten a response which is typical for this company. I requested a new bouquet and all lilac scents. Again I am thoroughly disgusted at this company and lack of customer service.
